We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very spacious and clean room. The AC works well and the location is in a quiet zone away from the main street. The room has a front terrace with a couch where you can relax.

SpainBefore I moved to another room the first room they gave me was pretty bad... There is no pool and you can't really swim in the sea so you better find a hotel near by and pay to use the pool as I did
The owner is very friendly and kind. I asked to move rooms and he agree without a problem. The garden is nice and they offer a very affordable breakfast. The place is quiet and from the second floor you can see the sea and the sunset. The mattress was very comfy. I liked I had the option to switch from fan to AC without moving .

United KingdomThe dog in the home kept barking all night which echoed up to the room and the outside lights were on all night which kept our room very bright even though there were curtains. This made it difficult to sleep. But for the price and for someone low maintenance, this is a great place.
This place was great for one night stay. It had good working AC and the location was close by scooter to Lovina which we needed to get visas.

AustraliaThe wi-fi signal was pretty weak, had to bring my laptop outside to the common space to be able to work, other than that great stay, even though we only stayed for 1 night.
Great location, right at the beach, welcoming and friendly hosts, room is really spacious and bed is huge and comfy! There is hot water and lovely terrace and patio itself looks beautiful. There are couple of warungs around, which was helpful too.

A great place to stay view nights, especially if you want to do a dolphine tour. The first room didn’t had an AC and since I was sick I didn’t feel as comfortable. We changed a room and had an AC, which was way better. The owners are very accommodating and the locations just perfect!

Nice staff, Good layout with garden in the middle, Warung Putu opposite with good cheap food, the staff organised our sunrise dolphin trip for 100k per person. Safe parking for scooter, good aircon, cheap price.

We only stayed one night, but it was really good for the price. Aircon worked fine. Bathroom ok. Warm water. Hard bed but it's how I like it. Owner very nice and interested. You can book a dolphin tour through them, however we had booked through someone else already. It's 30 meters from the beach so that's nice when you do a tour at 6 or 7 am. Quiet. Nice balcony. Nice breakfast. Restaurant across good for lunch and dinner.

PolandThe beach near the hotel is dirty. The hotel is located quite far from the Lovina main beach and city centre. It was not a problem for us because we didn't go there for the beach. Lovina is a great departure point for waterfall tours!
The property was clean and well mantained. The room and the bathroom were surprisingly spacious. The rooms open into the lovely patio which we enjoyed very much. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We recommend breakfast they offer.

GreeceThey could offer some basic toiletries, instead we had to ask for some soap! The kitchen wasn’t that clean and in result there were ants walking around!
I booked the family room and it was very spacious with 2 double beds! The room was clean (except from the kitchen), the staff was very friendly and the waited for us to arrive at night! I don’t know if it was close to the city center or not, cause we just stayed there, as it was close to our meeting point for the dolphins tour!
