I run accomodation in Tasmania - no rubbish outside rooms- your laundry room should have a door to hide rubbish bins and laundry from customer eyes Tea and coffee facilities in room including kettle/as there a no cafes open early in Bali having a kettle to make a cup of coffee or tea a great advantage to your business , a kettle in rooms please

There was a slight smell of damp within the room but not bad enough to request a change considering only staying a couple of nights. It was clean enough though.

The rooms are a bit dated and there are signs of aging around the place like broken tiles, peeling paint.

The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the bed comfortable, the aircon was icy cold, and the location was perfect. The pool was clean but a bit small.

Very central to the night market. We stayed there just for a few hours between the boat from Lembongan and the flight back to Australia. Has a pool, air con room and shower before the trip. Very close to shops, warungs for great food and night market. Book taxi to airport cheaply through booking.com at A$11.

When I first arrive they gave me a room that was not ok. It was moldy on the walls and it smells a lot like humidity. I told them I was not happy and ask them if I could change and they first told me that it was not possible to change rooms because the hotel was full (later I realize that was totally a lie) and proceeded to spray the room with a toxic thing. After 5 minutes the room was smelly again and really not good for your health (!), I told them I wanted to change again and it was not until I was showing I was very upset that they took me serious and let me change the room, which it was unnecessary in my opinion because they know what is exactly the problem and I was not the first one complaining about it. They don't care about the health of the costumer which is truly concerning , that is what bothered me the most. The second room was way better , no humidity issues so I was glad I stay firm. Don't settle for a moldy room...for real. There is not hot water

After my incident with the room when I first arrived everything was OK. The staff was friendly, they have housekeeping service almost every day and the bed is comfortable with a lot of pillows. They have a nice restaurant with tasty and affordable options for breakfast. The pool was also beautiful surrounded by a lot of vegetation. The AC was not noisy and it worked well, they provide water every day.The location is perfect. Overall a good stay but don't sattle for a moldy room , they have better rooms and it is not good for your health.

Had to change room a couple times.. first room had major damp and mould from air con. I’m asthmatic so would make me unwell. 2nd room didn’t have double bed & 3rd room was nice but no Wi-Fi connection in room just on the balcony.

Room and bathroom unfortunately quite dirty and not well maintained. No electricity sockets near the beds, just one socket in the room where the TV was connected, socket almost ripped off the wall. Light switches dirty, shower handle fell off immediately when used for the first time and luckily didn't hit any foot. Dark furniture and outdated design, walls need a fresh cover of paint. We got a quite dark room no 11 which was ok for one night, but for longer stays not really recommended. We saw some nicer rooms when walking past, so maybe we were just unlucky here. However, due to setup and location, the hotel has great potential when managed in the right way, keeping rooms clean and maintenance up. However it looked quite run down in general. Could be a really great place, but needs to be properly taken care of to make it shine.

Superb location with all facilities in walking distance that you need, supermarket, massage places, souvenir shops across the road, restaurants, food night market just 2min by foot. Highly recommend to go there, it's fantastic, we loved the food market! We just stayed for 1 night, so the location really did it for us, you don't need a scooter and still have plenty of things to do around. 10/10 for the location. All rooms have a table and 2 chairs outside to sit which is a plus. Nice hotel setup, Balinese home style with pool.

The duvet had no cover only a linnen was on top of it. Bathroom was not clean, lots of spots around. No fridge.The hotel is run down, the restaurant doesn't exist and the pictures are much more polished in pictures then in reality. Location was a bit off for me .

Stayed here for 1 night which was perfect for getting to the port. The bed was seriously comfy and the hotel has a beautiful design and atmosphere. Really kind staff who were around when we arrived late and helped us to our room.
