Rooms are quite old and need refurbishment, there were insects and lizards in rooms, sheets, curtains and bathroom were a little dirty

The pool is amazing! Very good breakfast, everyday something different and tasty, the cook even bakes cinnamon rolls! :D The staff is super helpful and kind, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay there again.

Unfortunately, there were two men working with a chainsaw around the back of our building. I hope you won’t disturb any other travellers. We had the family suite and the position of the Aircon meant that the person under the Aircon was called while the rest of the room could be relatively warm. But it was very nice to have quiet working Aircon.

This was a beautiful quiet family Hotel. it’s beautifully central and a quick ride away from the main shopping street. The location is like a quiet oasis in that it’s a garden hotel with so you’re surrounded in nature despite being in the centre of the city. The location has a small restaurant that does fantastic pizzas and any type of iced tea made from mineral water. It also offers a warm warm breakfast, breakfast with fruit and toast. . The staff were great and spoke good English

The box breakfast you get when you go on tour etc. is a bit small, no indonesian food, just bread, butter, and jam.

I liked everything. It is a very nice hotel, quiet (beside the morning prayer from the nearby musholla), breakfast is good. I liked the pool. The staff is very friendly.

The packed "to go breakfast" was a little poor, they should at least add some fruit if not inonesian breakfast

Room is very comfortable, AC working great. Pool is just the kind you need to relax after a hot day. Breakfast is great, I liked the sellection of fruit

The staff was very helpful and very kind. The breakfast buffet is good quality and served in the beautiful garden. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area 25 minutes walk from busy Maliboro Street.

The bed was thin and felt near its breaking point. The bathroom tile is unsafe without any grip. There were ants in the room. Thankfully we were able to get extra pillows because the room came with just two very small ones.

The pool was nice but closed too early at 6 PM and would be better to have more seating. The included breakfast was generally good.

Everything was excellent. Superb pool, comfortable clean rooms with working facilities, excellent shower, beautiful garden, authentic wood over pizza, delicious breakfast, very hospitable staff, quiet, great location, good value for the money. This was the best hotel I’ve been in in Indonesia.

The bathrooms are dated and the layout is quite impractical (after showering the whole bathroom is wet); the showers didn't reliably have hot water; since the swimming pool opened at 6am it was very noisy early in the morning but sadly the pool closed already at 6pm which meant we couldn't use it as much as we would have liked to after our day trips; lack of shelving and storage in the rooms; even though the pizzas were delicious it would be nice to have some Indonesian food in the restaurant as well; WiFi in the rooms was patchy but works well in the courtyard and restaurant

The food was amazing (breakfast) and the pizzas too, the pool was really fun and clean and big; the location had a lot to offer; the balconies were nice and spacious; good airconditioning; very helpful with arranging our trips; staff was wonderfully friendly and very helpful; the courtyard was really pretty and a nice green space to relax in; the hotel, surroundings and staff made us feel very safe and relaxed, we had a lot of fun!

There isn't a great selection of restaurants nearby but transportation is available right outside and super cheap to explore the city

The toilet had a smell which makes the room smelly as well when the exhaust fan is not turned on.
