There was a slight smell after you shower in the bathroom due to the drainage but it was not a big deal

Everything is perfect starting from booking till check out. Once booked, the property message me within 10mins and give us the info about the check in time, location, assistance. Jodie was very responsive to our messages and welcome us at the property. Once enter it was just paradise. Every little detail makes me impressed. The villa had international plug which I don’t have to bring my own international adapter, I ordered wine and there was a bottle opener, kitchen was well equipped. The aircond was cold and working perfectly. The pool area was shaded throughout the day by the plants at the side which makes it so nice to hang out. There was some drinks and peanuts in the fridge which was free and you can also call for massage in the room and the price was so worth it. There was also a Hermes/Kardon Bluetooth speaker for us to enjoy music by the pool. Bed was awesome we slept peacefully. Walking to the Petitenget beach just took 10mins and there was a nice beach bar with reasonable price compared to W beach club. Just walk out of the road and there was a lot of restaurants and shopping. They even provided umbrellas and pool towel. The tv channel was good too but there were only tv in the bedroom. There’s also water dispenser machine which can dispense hot and cold water. Jodie already prepared ice in the freezer which was very thoughtful then we can have our drinks with ice. There was also mosquitoes repellent ready. I was worried about mosquitoes at night since the pool and living room is an open area but surprisingly I only saw one mosquitoe. Overall I’m so impressed with this property and will definitely recommend it. Clean and bright and comfortable. 10 stars definitely. Thank you Jodie for the warm hospitality

Nothing. Only suggestion is to replenish coffee pods daily as part of the stay.

A beautiful property. Felt very luxurious. Was very clean and serviced daily. Replenished filtered water daily. Beautiful bed linens. Great air conditioning. Large fridge. Excellent central location. Easy walking distance to a lot of the top spots. Lovely host. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

Honestly nothing to complain about. If I were to choose one thing, it's that the Wifi is weak in the bathroom :p. But it didn't bother us as it works great in the room.

The location was great. Just a few steps to the main road where shops, cafes, restaurants, money exchange, massage were at. Around 300-400m to Ku De Ta and 500m to Potato Head. Near to the beach. Villa was quiet at night despite being close to everything. The villa was very clean. Towels and sheets smells amazing. Staff were very welcoming and explained everything properly when we arrived. Everything that you need in a villa is there - toiletries, pots, fridge, water dispenser, mosquito coils, coffee machine, smart TV in rooms, bluetooth speakers, clean pool to dip in. The pool had jet nozzles too. They even left us an android phone that we could hotspot data from when we go out. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic central location! Less then 5min walk to cafes, restaurants and shops. The villa was clean and the management was easy to communicate with. Villa was exactly like the photos. The aircon worked well and all other appliances were in great condition. We will be staying here again for sure.

We needed to leave our bags before checking in as we had already checked out of another property. The cleaners were there along with the property manager and we were given a set of keys so we could get back in once it was ready. We did the check in then which made everything easy for us. Also, we only really needed the room for the afternoon as we had a flight that night. It was a perfect place to relax (and do some last minute shopping).

Fantastic location, only a 2 minute walk to Seminyak square and all the main cafes and bars. Staff were so friendly and replied very quickly about anything we asked. Rooms were clean and was still very quiet given the proximal location. Security was also good and staff provided us with a phone and WhatsApp number to contact us at anytime. Facilities were all thought of, including unlimited filtered water, fridge and aircon and safe. Would stay again!! Driver was great too and spoke fantastic English.

This villa was absolutely amazing, the location was seriously awesome, EVERYTHING was within walking distance. The Villa staff give you a local phone which was just the cherry on top! The Villa also has an awesome sound system which is great for laying by the pool!
