The room was overall clean and I was pleased, but if I had to choose one thing, it could have been a tad cleaner.

I absolutely loved my stay here. The suite room was far bigger than I expected with fantastic value for money. The staff were nothing but fantastic, always saying hello, offering any help and smiling away. The grounds were great and the location is brilliant as it's still very peaceful and quiet just outside of town. The bathroom was next level amazing with a huge stone bathtub and a huge size. I really loved the stay

The power in the villa will shut down number of times while having shower. It was annoying as it will happen about 5-6 times a day. But staff was good, they would run upto the fuse and turn it back on. To fix the problem owner has to run a separate power cable for water heater and pump from air-conditioner.

The room had moist/humid smell. Everyday we woke up with chest filled kind of feeling. A better ventilation might help to make the rooms more liveable.

Beautiful and quite place a little bit out from Ubud but reachable in 10 mins. Suites are really comfortable and spacious; pool is amazing. Ideal to enjoy your time in relax and peaceful mind Staff is really kind and helpful

Some garbage and smell outside the Villa‘s property

Quiet place, about 15 Min Taxi ride to Ubud centre, amidst lush jungle, very spacious room , breakfast is served right to the porch . Staff very friendly and helpful in organising taxi or trip. We spent 2 days , 3 nights and enjoyed the Villa.

Very humid and somewhat musty. Bathrooms needed to be deep cleaned and thoroughly scrubbed down to remove grime. Neighbors burn things each day so there can be acrid smoke lingering outside so need to keep doors shut. Stairs and wooden deck with moss could be slippery after the rains.

Jungle villas amidst bamboo and banana trees. Delicious breakfast served on the balcony. Outside the busy areas of Ubud- tranquil and authentic Bali area. Staff was very friendly and eager to help- went above and beyond. Upper deck, corner room #109 had a great view of the jungle canopy.

The bathroom needed a deep cleaning (scrub the sink, toilet and shower) as there was some grime and mold. Musty smell at times

The room could have cleaned up more detailed, such simple Things as mounting the water Taps right, checking the lamps for functioning bulbs....just easy stuff to Check before guests were arriving

Very gentle personel. We have had a water damage in our room but the stuff has fixed it within one day and one night we have had an other room. We decided to make a trip and have not reserved breakfast for the next day but because of rain we stay in hotel. Personal came to our room to ask if we would like to have breakfast even we don't have reserved. This was very nice :) Any other disadvantages have been cleared out fast by personel when we talk about. So yeah, very good Service. Fridge in the room The big appartement has enough space for two Person to stay longer with lot of luggage. We kept in mind that the hotel is directly in the nature so we know about some gekkos insects. To ubud its about 10 Minutes by scooter.

The location is not so close to the Ubud center, but we saw it before booking, so we were ready to walk and did it. There is some smell of wetness, but we think it is because the hotel located just in a middle of a real jungles, so it is not so sunny there and it’s normal. Still, the place is very beautiful.

The outdoor of hotel is just amazing. Stuff do it better to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast are very delicious and various.

EVERY THING IS GOOD EXEPT FOR THE ROAD FROM MAIN STREET TILL VILLA ENTRANCE NEEDS TO BE RE INFRASTRUCTERED AND NEEDS GOOD LIGHTENNING DRAINAG SYSTEM IN TOILET (SHOWER) IS WEAK AND NEEDS TO BE FIXED. TOILET PAPER HOLDER MUST AT RIGHT FRONT OR LEFT FRONT NOT AT BACK. POOL EDGES NEED TO BE CURVED ALL AROUND.

i liked the staff most they willing to help anytime, gentle, excited, friendly. i felt just like home. indoor pool was clean and great. reception response is quick and ready to cooprate anytime. managment is great also and willing to make guests comfortable and happy (MR. Yudi) staff (Kadek, Madi Jen, little Jon :), bangbang, bedro, and others thank you all for making us happy and feel like home. above all this am Happy and greatful for E2C restaurant managment and their generousity at Nypei Day (we love you). the hotel & property was lovely. the staff were all exceptionally helpful & friendly. the location was a bit more secluded than I had anticipated, so without a car or scooter there was not much around. there was access to a good restaurant that would deliver a meal if needed. the major downside was that there was an odor prevelant in our bathroom.
