The beach and the sea wasn't good unfortunately.

The facilities, the restaurant, our room and everything was really good. The hotel was right in the heart of nature with lots of trees, with relaxing areas and is situated in the beachfront. Although the sea wasn't perfect, the sunset was exceptional. The food we had in its restaurant was very very good. The massages are also highly recommended. There are also possible activities like canoeing or SUP.

We tried 4 hotel's in Bajo. This is the one i would recommend. Great service and restaurant. The rooms where also quite alright.

The hotel was a little far out from the town however it was on a lovely beach

Breakfast was fairly basic. Pool was very deep with no ledge to sit or prop yourself on (i am not the tallest adult!), but otherwise pleasant.

We stayed in the villa rooms and they were fantastic. Seemed to have a new feel to them. They were extremely spacious with huge comfortable beds. The bathrooms were very big with a large soaking tub and big shower - very nice. Food for lunch and dinner was quite good and the staff and service was great. We were a big group of 3 families and they were very patient with us. Space for kids to play on the beach and run around. Some live music one of the nights that was really good. Excellent value for money.

The room was perfectly clean, with all the accomodations needed. The staf very friendly and flexible with our schedule. The pool and beach restaurant alsy ver nice. Ideal location for sunset too!

- The beach towel situation at the pool : constantly in short supply, we had to ask several times to get towels brought out. Staff didn't seem to check on the towel situation at all. Or quite simply the hotel just doesn't supply enough of them. Either way it seemed to be a constant problem

Location might be a bit out of the way for some people but we rented a scooter during our stay so it wasn't an issue for us. Grab is available for any food/grocery/transport needs though.

One of the best places we've stayed in Indonesia! Staff is absolutely incredible and the room was fantastic. Very large bathroom with a huge shower that had great pressure and hot water. Bed was big and really comfortable with lots of pillows. Dining table and chairs were comfortable and perfect for room service, which we ordered 6 out of our 7 nights there as the food was so delicious and the portions were big. Towels and linens were all very clean and smelled good. Complimentary water refill station at the lobby. Drying rack outside, beside the front door. Packets of mosquito repellent were provided in the rooms, along with a mosquito repellent device and pods for the room / terrace area. Mini fridge and A/C worked perfectly.

I thought the restaurant prices were a bit high. Also we encountered a mistake in the room cards, as my room key could also open my neighbours room.

Only one thing was annoying, WiFi will cut off after a few minutes, and rather than automatically connecting, you have to log in all over with the user name and password

Nice and quiet place, very relaxing, good pool and beach front. The quality of food was excellent and the staff was very helpful and friendly. 15 mins from the airport and the hotel had their own car so they can take you to the town or airport. Overall, excellent hotel

Car meets in time at airport. Breakfast was good, not big choice but made okay. Dinner was excellent, very tasty and at reasonable price! Very friendly and helpful staff. There is a beach with beach chair and bag chair. the beach is in a shallow bay that collects natural garbage(wood etc.), the beach was cleaned every day. There is a pool, clean and beautiful, we didn't use we swim in beach area.

A bit far away form the town centre so you needed transport to get there everytime. The hotel provided a shuttle run at a low cost and we were willing to come and get you if you had access to a phone signal

Nothing! It was all wonderful!

It was extremely beautiful and peaceful. I went in low season so I almost had the whole place for myself. The restaurant had excellent food and the staff were so nice and helpful. I had problems with flights being canceled but the staff did everything they could to sort it out. I will definitely come back one day.

Several outside beach chairs had many ants on them. There was also confusing support about getting taxis to other places.

Very good air conditioning in the bedroom. The hotel is located in beautiful grounds. Nice views of the harbour and islands in the far distance. Staff were friendly.

Value for money and reasonable price. Villa room was spacious, clean, huge bathroom skylight. Hotel located near the beach so we can easily enjoy the beach. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

It had everything we needed and more, including a lovely little restaurant which had live music. The beach access was very special too, and we enjoyed a beautiful sunset there.
