Everything was great

It was a great place to stay and in a perfect location. I got more than expected. I had a whole bungalow with a mini garden and a coi pond all to myself. It felt like a home away from home. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They made my stay even better. When I come back to Bali I will definitely be booking in advance to stay here again. The value for money here is amazing for what you get.

It is a nice, lovely place. Personnel was very kind and helpful. The lady, Suria welcomed us with smiling face and it was the first positive impression about the place. It i s very close to cafes, restaurants and shops. The beach is only a couple of minutes to walk.

The first room bathtub wasn’t the cleanest. The guy managing seemed like he really didn’t want to be there

It’s well located, the rooms are basic but ok. I had specifically said I am coming off a 24 hour flight to sleep and I was given a room with construction work happening on the wall outside! Was resolved but I found the attitude of the manager/ owner I bit nonchalant.

My second stay here. Superb small Balinese style accommodation with lovely shrub garden. Room has lobby, kitchenette and bathroom. Good air con. It is is a great location just 10 minutes walk to Double six beach. Breakfast is extra at 50k idr and staff will bring to your room

I couldn't get the hot water to work. I don't know... maybe I'm just impatient... but I didn't have one warm shower.

The room was massive and airy. It was also conveniently located and great value for money.

There are insects, which is inevitable given the climate!

Wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is dated but clean. It reminded me of staying at my grandmother's house. If you wish, you can get housekeeping and fresh towels every day.

Property is rather old and in need of repairs.

The staff at the hotel were outstanding. Extremely warm and friendly, which made up for the shortcomings in the property. The location is conveniently located near a nice stretch of Seminyak beach and there is no shortage of convenience stores and places to eat around the hotel.

Rooms on the ground level are a bit too dark.

My family and I had a great stay at De Puspa Residence 😊 The staff were exceptionally kind and lovely, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Really good location close to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. Would recommend for anyone on a budget.

The wi-fi could be better, was a bit weak and kept disconnecting, crucial for me as I work remotely. Other than that was a perfect stay

Absolutely loved this place, perfect location, amazing staff and room itself was super clean and spacious. The room was cleaned daily, and bottled water provided, which we had not expected. Guys at reception are so friendly and lovely, especially Suria, she was helping in any way possible, even ordering grab for me because I did not have an application! What a legend! Intended to stay for 1 night only, but ended up extending for 5 days.

I have nothing bad to say.

The location was only about a 10 min walk from the beachfront. They had 24 hour staff check in so it didn’t matter we only got in late at night. The staff held our bags for us after we checked out the next day so we could explore around town before we headed to our next accommodation. The room and toilet were exactly what we needed, they had the aircon already going when we arrived. Not much street noise.

What a beautiful little place so close to everything. Beautiful spot in seminyak close to everything. But the cherry on the cake was the staff, especially Surya, she went over and above for us, such a sweet girl! I highly reccommend de puspa residence.
