The villa is slightly tired and in need of a good upgrade . But still very welcoming and clean .

Concierge took my husband on his bike to get his phone fixed , all in a hurry. Very helpful , above and beyond expectations. Our villa was near the back of the property and was lovely and quiet . Nice pool . Comfy bed

Could have been a bit better equipped kitchenette.

We loved how the huts/rooms was layed out in this nice green garden. To have a gym included in the price fro the room was great. Fantastic staff.

The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious clean and very comfortable. The location was fantastic , tucked away quietly but still very easy walking distance to everything. Would definitely return and recommend

The place was a bit derelict and dated ,the ceiling had marks on, the bamboo creating the "ceiling in the bathroom' had spaces inbetween them sufficient to let the rain through, while one is in the ' open air shower' . The bamboo was " rotten a and was full of black mould and spiderwebs. The " bathroom, although private was a semi outdoors affair. The wall 1 meter and full height of the room window, was about a metre from the window and a really sad view from the room, and was also in bad shape, wet and mouldy. The bath had ingrained staining and so did some of the tiles. No one wants to look out the window into a blank grey stained mouldy wall.

The room was air-conditioned and the sheets were clean, i headded out most of the time so mostly onlyvslept and showered there so the rest didn't matter too much after the initial shock of dereliction.

Hair drier broken and very old, toilet was broken but could still use but would waste a lot of water. Could improve on these things but the overall room was good

To close to night club area for me personally, noise issue all night midnight - 2am,3am,4am.

The room was comfortable and private.. The pool was nice and clean but surrounds were run down and pool chair cushions needed cleaning.. Was good walking distance to Pepito supermarket, Mie88, Livingston Bakery. Staff were polite and helpful

Getting to the bathroom at night was a bit of an obstacle course with the steps and rocks. The kitchen could have a few more saucepans (at least one so you can boil an egg, which would be great) and a larger frying pan.

It's a nice, quiet studio in a fabulous location. The kitchen was handy to make coffee and a few meals. The desk was great for remote workers and wifi was good.

The aircon wasn’t really at the temperature we wanted so the room was pretty hot and couldn’t change it , I couldn’t sleep properly and there was a rat they came in every night but if your a deep sleeper you shouldn’t have a problem but I’m a light sleeper and could hear it crawling around , I couldn’t get much from that either

The staff were great , welcomed us as soon as we got there at 2:00am and helped us alot with anything we needed and made us feel comfortable through our whole stay
