- The room we received was at the very front of the property, close to reception and the main pathway leading from reception to the rest of the hotel - which was rather noisy at times. - The terrace faced out onto the main pathway and did not offer much privacy whilst sitting on the terrace (this could be easily amended by plating more foliage around the terrace to provide privacy. - I believe we received this room as we were only staying for 2 nights. For a longer stay, I would have asked to move to a more private room. -There we lots of mosquitoes in our room at night. It would have been great to have had a mosquito net over the bed.

- Amazingly well-designed pool and surrounding pool area! I will be back if only to lounge around by this pool again. My five year old had plenty of fun in the substantially sized kids pool. There were plenty of towels and sun loungers to go around. - The breakfast buffet is exceptional and offers a huge selection of food. - The communal hotel areas, gardens and grounds were very well maintained and very clean. - All staff were lovely, especially the restaurant staff, pool area staff and room attendants. - Great location close to Jerman Beach - great for sunsets with a selection of beachside warungs about 300m from the hotel. - Very close to airport which is convenient for early morning departures and late night arrivals.

Traffic has got alot more congestion was slower to get taxis out of Kuta, however we just allowed more travel time to get to destinations. Sometimes paid a few more dollars more, but still got great drivers that did they best.

Beds were comfy, pool was clean. Staff were very friendly. Service was great. Room cleaned daily and bottled water provided free. Beautiful tropical garden setting. Quiet and set back off busy street.

We got room service and the food wasn't that great. Breakfast had better standards. The toilet also smelled bad and needed better cleaning.

The set up is very relaxing and would be easy to spend most of your time at the resort. Merry at the activities counter was very helpful

Private swimming pool at our room. Really private and felt really tropical. Gym was small but had all the needs, breakfast was nice and good organizedcentral, people are very kind. Only point of attention is that the shower didn't had hot water.

it’s time for a change of net curtain on 4 poster beds as they are very dusty & old - that is the only issue, everything else is is lovely.

we always stay here as it’s close to airport for late or early flight arrival/departure - booked pool villa which we enjoy. beautiful gardens, great selection for breakfast, fabulous main pool with swim up bar.

From check in till my last day at Rama's Beach Resort was excellent. We had a great room overlooking the lobby garden. huge balcony, huge room, great breakfast.. 5 mins walk to beach. you can walk to Hard Rock cafe and bars along the beaches for around 2km distance. Tv channels were great. i really enjoyed my stay even though everyday my days were packed with activities. Could not enjoy the pool coz of my daily activities. has a nice pool bar
