The cleaning could be a little more attentive (the shower soap was empty for a few days I had to ask to get it refilled- same as water dispenser) The pool needs shade we couldn’t swim during the day as it was in the direct sun with no shade!

They made a mistake with my booking . I asked for a room with balcony but didn’t get one. I mentioned it to the staff and they did offer to change rooms but as i had unpacked everything I decided to stay in the room as it was next to the pool area.

The best part was the hotel was very clean especially in the pool area which was great. Staff were friendly. Good location.

We love the Rama. Have stayed here multiple times. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The room is awesome with comfy bed, lots of space and a water cooler which we love. The roof top pool is the best.

Everything was excellent.

Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Proximity to beach was excellent. Dining experiences were superb. Loved the Infinity pool watching sunset and sun rise.

The gym was on the smaller side. Three members of my family used it daily and there was not much room for anyone else. On our last day we had breakfast and the staff member got a bit confused with our order but I do feel he was new on the job as a senior member of staff came over to us to rectify the mistake.

What a glorious pool area! Infinity pool looking out towards the beach. Also in the pool area is a gym, laundry room and bar. We used all these areas on a few occasions and could not fault any of these areas. We ate breakfast twice at the hotel and on both occasions found the staff to be very attentive and the food lovely.

Everything was great, the only fault would be that the pool doesn't have a pool bar attached to it.

The water dispenser in the room was a great, and the family room was very spacious for our family of 4.

We are now in love with this property. From the wonderful staff, housekeeping, restaurant, front desk, the antiques in the dining area to the location; everything was perfect. We particularly liked: the water filter so we could drink as much water as we needed (a big+ in hot, humid Bali) to the BEST ever block-out curtains, the fantastic shower, the cleanliness of EVERY area we went. There was even a secure underground parking area fpr our car. We live in Bali so have tried many+ places to stay and this is 5*. There was nothing we did not like.

Fantastic location, walking distance to Padma beach and plenty of shops and bars. Room was clean and quiet. Aircon was cold. Staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The property was awesome but for me I like a balcony and the one we had wasn’t quite a balcony but more of a little space to just open the door for fresh air

While the lounge room of the studio is well lit with natural light, the bedroom is bit dark in the day.

A good variety of choices for breakfast. The studio is spacious and well equipped. I like that the drinking water supply is not by bottles but water tank dispenser. The curtain is very good light blocking that help us for a very nice long sleep!

I can’t honestly think of anything. They even arranged late check out for a charge for us.

Everything. From the second we arrived Oming looked after us. We were automatically upgraded which was fabulous. I had stayed in a few hotels in legian and Rama was by far best value for money. It’s perfectly located right in the hub of things. Their rooftop pool is beautiful with views over legian and out to sea. Staff were amazing. Loved everything about our stay there.
