The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is extraordinarily helpfull and the overall ambience of the place is awesome. Beach is 3-4 minutes walk from this hotel which is a plus point.

The restaurant is getting a little tired. Food just average.

Great location close to a variety of restaurants and market stalls. A short stroll to beach where you can watch a magnificent sunset from the comfort of a hotel bar or a bean bag at one if the many beach bars. Very clean, good facilities and wonderful staff.

Close walking distance to the beach, on a great street with many food places to choose from including their main restaurant. Great pool, a good 13 stroke freestyle length on the roof top, and small gym with basic equipment. Rooms spacious and everyone was happy to help. Staff were amazing.

The extraordinary customer service received from all the staff at the hotel. From Made at the front desk (plus all admin staff) to the housekeeping attendants (Arnawa, Redipa and supervisor Alit). We extended our stay due to the overall high standard of the hotel. The pool on the rooftop was also a highlight with great views looking out towards the sunset.

Sisha should not be prohibited in eating areas where families with children are eating because it is a personal choice and should be respected as long as it does not harm others or violate any regulations.

Outstanding customer service- Attentive, friendly and courteous. Beautiful hotel. Apartment room is so clean and spacious & close to the elevator door. The beds are very comfortable and surprisingly also, so was the sofa bed! It was made up beautifully for my 6 year old daughter and was extremely comfortable- not springy at all. Hallways smelt divine- fresh lemon grass. Coffee in the restaurant was very good! Extremely close walk to the beach.

The friendliness of the staff and helping us with any requests we had. Location excellent. MADE at reception was amazing and a cutie x Quiet. Pool area perfect and not overcrowded. Could always get a sun lounge. View of Legian Beach from pool . Perfect to see the sunset

The studio rooms are really lovely and spacious. Big bedroom, separate tv area and good bathroom. The pool area is really nice to relax in and the location is great - still plenty of life around and near Garlic lane but not too over the top.

The balcony was tiny

We stayed in a studio room which was very spacious and had a kitchenette complete with microwave and mini fridge. Sofa bed was made up on arrival which was handy. The staff were lovely and very helpful. The restaurant had a good variety of food and was delicious. There was a shallow pool for kids to play in

The pool was slimy so we had to go to another pool, next door at the Mandira each day to swim. Everything else was exceptional.

The staff were amazing. They were incredibly accomodating and so very friendly, especially Natalie and Dede. They were the best. The room was a great size - it has a kitchenette and microwave which is great for a family, the beds and pillows were so comfortable and the restaurant was great quality food, fresh and delicious. The location was the best part. I think the only thing that could have been better was the pool - the location and setting was great but it felt slimy inside. We went to the Mandira pool every day, next door and swam for the day. Otherwise, I am so happy with our decision to book Rama Residence.
