Being a partitioned room, we found that the a/c was nowhere near as strong in the main bedroom as it was in the main area.If there was like a control switch that would be suited. The pool although aesthetically beautiful, it was quite cold and very slippery. Also with young kids, it was a tad nerve racking seeing how narrow the pool to fence boundary was. The pool is situated on the pooltop.

Everything!! From the welcome at the front desk, to a beautifully air-conditioned room and being surprised with a piece of cake and card to mark our recent engagement. The kitchenette was above and beyond and the bathroom was pretty great. The restaurant adjoining the residence was convenient and tasty also!

There was no service around the pool which made ordering food or drinks cumbersome . Both lifts had a very unpleasant smell.

It's a hotel, not a resort. If you are looking for somewhere luxurious and comfortable to stay, this is your place. If you are looking to meet people (eg swim up bar type-experience) then this might not fill your needs. Depending on what you are after, the hotel-not-a-resort-thing might be an advantage or disadvantage.

This hotel is in the perfect Legian location. It is a luxury hotel experience within easy walking distance to everything.

We really did not have any issues with our stay. Only small issue is the 3rd floor room we had was right under the waterfall on the roof top bar area so when it was on you heard running water during the day. Not a major issue but it may disturb some people.

The Asian Spice Restaurant was always great fun with a good blend of foods on the menu and all the staff were exceptional. The manager Arni was so attentive and was there guiding the staff. The roof top bar was also a good get away when we felt like lounging around the pool. The hotel is in a great spot with lots of bars and restaurants nearby as well as a short walk to the beach which was very clean and people were friendly as usual.

Absolutely loved my stay at Rama, huge room, 2 smart tvs all cooking amenities, amazing top floor infinity pool, room service, modern facilities throughout, awesome staff, noticed I got a tattoo and changed the sheets to avoid stains, which happened and was no extra charge to clean as a result, great location too can't wait to come back

The cleaning could be a little more attentive (the shower soap was empty for a few days I had to ask to get it refilled- same as water dispenser) The pool needs shade we couldn’t swim during the day as it was in the direct sun with no shade!

They made a mistake with my booking . I asked for a room with balcony but didn’t get one. I mentioned it to the staff and they did offer to change rooms but as i had unpacked everything I decided to stay in the room as it was next to the pool area.

The best part was the hotel was very clean especially in the pool area which was great. Staff were friendly. Good location.

We love the Rama. Have stayed here multiple times. It is close to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The room is awesome with comfy bed, lots of space and a water cooler which we love. The roof top pool is the best.

The gym was on the smaller side. Three members of my family used it daily and there was not much room for anyone else. On our last day we had breakfast and the staff member got a bit confused with our order but I do feel he was new on the job as a senior member of staff came over to us to rectify the mistake.

What a glorious pool area! Infinity pool looking out towards the beach. Also in the pool area is a gym, laundry room and bar. We used all these areas on a few occasions and could not fault any of these areas. We ate breakfast twice at the hotel and on both occasions found the staff to be very attentive and the food lovely.

Everything was great, the only fault would be that the pool doesn't have a pool bar attached to it.

The water dispenser in the room was a great, and the family room was very spacious for our family of 4.

We are now in love with this property. From the wonderful staff, housekeeping, restaurant, front desk, the antiques in the dining area to the location; everything was perfect. We particularly liked: the water filter so we could drink as much water as we needed (a big+ in hot, humid Bali) to the BEST ever block-out curtains, the fantastic shower, the cleanliness of EVERY area we went. There was even a secure underground parking area fpr our car. We live in Bali so have tried many+ places to stay and this is 5*. There was nothing we did not like.

We didn't realise that it wasn't a buffet style breakfast. However we certainly had enough food.

Room was great and had everything we needed. We were on the same level as the pool which was a bonus as well. The coffee at breakfast was great.
