The noise! Housekeeping seems to start very early and there was a lot of noise in the corridors. Which was a little disruptive when trying to get over jetlag!

The staff were just incredible! Aya especially - wow that girl is special. I felt like the staff made you feel like part of their family and they would do anything for you.

Very noisy hotel that takes in school trips, WiFi was a little bit slow. Breakfast was really expensive.Room was smaller than expected, especially the bathroom. You need to close the bathroom door in order to get into the shower, very squished

Nice rooftop pool, great location with good food choices about the area. Hotel rooms were clean.

1. Free drinking water was not delicious so we went and bought water from outside. 2. Tap water for shower n mouth wash was hard water and was a big disappointment as every morning after brushing, I had to use rinse as my mouth had a bad taste of water. 3. Noisy as you could here people's chatter outside most of the time walking pass by your room here not very private. 4. Level 1 pool more like a pond and never seen anyone using that as looked bit rundown. Because of the hard water, I will not prefer to stay here again. Rest issues are manageable.

The 500,000 idr deal very confusing. Confirmation said in 6th out 7th then on arrival find out an extra 200,000 idr if more than 8 hours. Very confusing.

The staffs are not professional and should be more friendly. The room was not cleaned and they refused to change towels. They have not clean the room during my stay very disappointing 😕

Assigned to 6207, very close to main road. Noisy at night, couldn't sleep at all. No possibility of room changing due to fully booked. Left 1 day earlier to another hotel. The lobby itself is noisy from vehicles that passes by. Thus, make sure to ask for room far behind.

Impeccable service from start to end of stay. It was worth every penny! Great location with shops, mall and lots of food options close by. It's also close to the airport.

SMELLS LIKE SEWAGE. The rooms look nothing like as advertised - we were unfortunate to have missed the negative reviews by others - we experienced the same thing as others did during their stay. We switched rooms 3 times at midnight (after we landed) to barely any improvement: - VERY poorly maintained rooms and building, - Rooms were filled with mosquitoes, corridors and lobby had lots of mosquitoes also - Balcony doors cant shut properly (plenty of road and vehicle noise from outside) - The corridors and rooms constantly smelled like sewage - Wardrobe had a whole missing door (which causes the light inside it to constantly stay on) - Mold in plenty of places, air-con was leaking - Bathroom was dirty and drainage was terrible (even after asking staff to come and unclog the drain) - No handwash in the bathroom (even unavailable upon request) - Some issue with the water supply, water was murky and felt oily/like baking soda was added? We really wanted to leave but they refused to refund us ANY of our fees. So not worth the price paid - never going to another 'Wyndham' hotel again. Please go elsewhere and spare yourself a headache!

Nothing at all apart from the water machines. There were couple of staff willing to try to band-aid our issue with this poorly maintained and falsely advertised hotel.
