It is all a little dated and needs some refurbishment and modernisation.. A proper dressing table with good mirror and lighting.

Lovely hotel, maybe a little dated and in need of some refurbishment in bathrooms and cleaning on Balcony but well situated, great restaurants and spa, excellent staff and service. Central area is very cosy and nice with pool and bar. Room was very spacious.

Issue ordering breakfast as room service even though we were informed this was possible. The food from the restaurant was alright. The Italian restaurant was much better.

Spacious suite with kitchenette and balcony towards the pool. The spa was amazing!

Our shower had a sulfur smell and the drain would overflow with water flooding the bathroom.

Loved the location and the strip it was on, located near all the nice bars and restaurants in Kuta. We stayed here towards the end of our trip for 2 days since it was close the the airport. Also great the other way around to stay and get acclimated upon arrival before traveling around Bali.

Had an issue with card payments using the card machine at reception and had to pay in cash.

Breakfast was wonderful and staff were all friendly and helpful. Got a room upgrade too.

Not a great view from the rooms at the rear. Had a drainage problem after showering, but quickly fixed on request.

Really beautiful resort, nice looking rooms. Fabulous pool and restaurants/bars. Staff were great. Location perfect for getting around Kuta on foot.

Beds were quite firm for us. Room service dishes took 24hrs to take away - had to ask them to remove.

Comfort, silence, atmosphere, location. Despite weak breakfast, the restaurant was fantastic for lunch, dinners and all type of foods.

Rooms was a little dark. Our room had windows on the street, which was rather noisy. Globally good, but would need a refurbishment

Beds are big and very comfy. Pillows are very comfy as well. Slept very well. Upper Rooms are rather big so it is comfy. A/C is working good. Bathroom is quite big as well. Pool is central and big enough. Relax place. Staff is nice & helpful. Room cleaning is well done. Location is very practical : walking distance from everything !

There were lots of broken things like tab, toilet seats that would have been fixed. Not all staffs are very pleasant. Some staffs behave differently to some nationalities. Cleaners should also take the dust from the room regularly.

The suite was very spacious. It had a seperate room for kids and living room. Close to shops, restaurants and beach.

The airconditioner is very noisy and so is the fan, which made it impossible to get a good night sleep. The rooms are old and are not up to a five-star standard. Our room was overlooking the inner space of the hotel and it was still loud in the evening and at night.

Really nice setting in a peaceful environment. Great pool, very friendly staff. Nice decor and greenery.

The Wi-Fi connection was weak

The hotel was very beautiful and was giving you the impression that you were not in the city but in a tropical place. The staff was very kind, the food was tasty and the massage was the highlight as for us both it was amazing.

Our driver we areanged with them was not at the airport. No help with airport transfers going home, we had to call an uber, I had hurt my back so any help would have helped. Breakfast was exactly the same and old-fashioned. Pancakes, waffles were flat and boring. No avocados, no berries or seeds except a small jar of Strawberries which at times was empty.At home, I have Acai bowl for breakfast, which I went out for in the end. Television kept losing the signal, they had replace it. The signal was better but still dropped out. My sons bathroom plumbing gave off a terrible smell, so he used our bathroom. It would be great to supply washing powder for washing machine and explain they need a deposit to allow the tab to be charged to your room.

The staff were friendly, and responded quickly to any requests/needs. Pool area was stunning, and locational was right in the heart of Kuda.

We were told we were upgraded, and it felt like a down grade as the room was missing a bath tub that the suite we booked had and it was really smelly. Mentioned it to the team who tried to fix it which worked temporarily. Unfortunately the smell returned quickly.

Location was great. Quiet lovely resort and loved the night time treats by the bed. Staff were excellent!!

The hot water wasn't very hot, I had to boil water in a saucepan (no kettle) to have a hot bath. Breakfast at the restaurant was lovely, but room service and Sunday Buba Guling were not great. Honestly, I felt it was a waste of money, the worst meals of the trip, and by far, most expensive.

Location was great, staff were lovely!! Quiet resort despite being in the heart of Kuta. Beautiful 2 bedroom suite with spacious bathroom.

My wife didn't like the food very much saying it was too bland and the pasta undercooked. The rest of us thought it was good though. The room had a lot of mosquitos upon arrival which we took care of with a quick trip to the mini market for some spray. It was ok inside after that. The wifi would fade in and out making some work zoom calls challenging.

This is an older, but very well maintained hotel that is like an oasis in the center of Kuta. It has well established grounds and a relaxing atmosphere. The beach is a short walk away and there are many good eating options close by. The Waterbom Park is an easy walk away for the family. We had a family suite which was very comfortable.
