everything was perfect, people were very nice, the villa was huge and welle decorated, the garden was wonderfull, the swimming pool amazing and the location very close to the sea

Nice pools and beautiful gardens. Breakfast was average. Coffee was undrinkable unless you order and pay for one. Room and bathroom were clean, spacious. We received a room upgrade when we arrived, which was great.

Started out with change of room due to ineffective aircon..Included breakfast was big let down after other places we have stayed. Set menu of 4 choices,,Both cooked options no good,Mei Goreng like bad tasteless 2 Min noodles, option 2 ..1. slice of packet ham on undercooked toast. Thank goodness for the fresh eggs. Urn tea yuk.

Loved everything.

Loved the ambience of a more traditional Balinese style. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was great. The location was excellent and will come back again soon. Massages were great. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Really suited my style of travel.

One of my favourite accommodations whilst visiting Bali. The staff were very accommodating, the breakfast was perfect every morning. The spa was very nice. I would recommend and hopefully return one day.

The hotel takes you off the street behind walls to a large reception lobby for relaxing or meeting friends - and then meanders through gorgeous gardens of tropical flowers with the sound birds and of water falling in two swimming pools. My room was in one of the bungalows in back, with a generous sized bedroom and closet, bathroom with fantastic pebble mosaic covering the the walls - the photos don't do it justice. The decor is vintage Balinese, with a dressing table, wood headboard, and shuttered windows, even a small porch with chair facing into the garden. The outdoor covered dining room/restaurant sits just next to the huge curving pool and is beautifully decorated and furnished with lots of Balinese sculptures and artwork throughout the hotel. I enjoyed an evening in one of the cushion-covered platforms having tea with a book. The on-site massage facility is also lovely, and a luxurious way to totally relax in this tropical space. It's not a new hotel which is to its advantage because it couldn't be more charming. And a very short walk to Lovina beach, cafe's, and the water.
