I did not have to leave! It has everything. Love the 2 pools and the lounge areas. Staff were very friendly, from reception to restaurant to housekeeping. Room service was available and fast. As for the room, bed was super comfortable and pillows were soft. I love that other than acu, there was also a ceiling fan. Interior of the room was lovely, though maybe missing a desk to work on, there was space enough for one. Hot shower came out fast, too. It's a bit far from the nearest beach (18min walk) but you can rent a scooter or avail of their transport service. Every single part of the area seemed well thought of. I also love the fact that it was an Adults only Resort. I don't have anything against kids ✌️ but they can be noisy and bothersome sometimes (running around, complaining, pranking, crying... baby carriages take soace too). Especially when you are on vacation and trying to relax/meditate.

This is a nice hotel in the middle of chaos so it's a pleasant respite from the outside world. In March/April 2024 it was really hot and unpleasant in Lombok. Usually the temperature is not as hot as this year. So, the pools and the air conditioned rooms were really nice. The restaurant staff are over trained and the menu on the qr code is not as nice as engaging with the local staff. A human experience is what we prefer. The continuous music is a bit contrived and monotonous, a break from this every now and then would be nice. Other than that, this place can't be faulted.

United StatesWe were a little disappointed in the restaurant, it was great for breakfast and lunch but we had a group for dinner and all meals were satisfactory. The food in Indo is so incredible so its hard to beat but I would just go out for dinner.
The facilities were incredible, very relaxing and clean. You could see the staff constantly clearing and tending to the property, they were also very friendly and made us feel at home.

SwitzerlandLoved everything about it. The only con that I can think of is the fact that the mosque is not far away so you hear the prayers quite loudly starting at 5 am (I was there during Ramandan) but with earplugs,it’s fine
This hotel is a true oasis in the middle of Kuta. 2 minutes away from the main street so very convenient but yet so relaxing. The room is beautifully decorated and furnished and the bathroom was the highlight. I’m always a big fan of open bathrooms but this one felt like I was in the middle of a jungle (without the spiders and insects that usually go with it). The staff were the most adorable people and so attentive to your needs. They really made sure to make your experience memorable but also personalized (always called me by my name, knew my room number, etc). I recommend taking the same room category as me or higher to get the full experience! Nevertheless, the food, the spa, the pools the whole setup was incredible.

This was our favourite hotel of our whole trip through Indonesia. The staff is amazing, so kind and helpful. They made us feel right at home. Bagus makes the best coffees in town, you definitely need to try his coffee! The breakfast is honestly delicious! Also enough vegan options. The location was super central, within minutes you'll arrive at the busy street filled with restaurants. The beach is also very close. Very easy to rent a bike at the hotel, this was our way of traveling around.

I was absolutely blown away by everything at this resort. Everything about it was flawless. The ambience was simply divine. The room itself was not only stunning but also incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was nothing short of amazing. What truly set this place apart, however, was the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with such care and attention. Even after a week away, upon my return, some of the staff still remembered my name, making me feel incredibly welcome. Special mention must go to Bobby in the restaurant who was super delightful. And let's not forget the food – it was simply outstanding. It's clear that the owner of this establishment takes immense pride in both the business and the team. In a country like Indonesia, where the treatment of staff can often be a concern, it was truly heartening to witness the positive energy radiating from everyone here. I wish I could have stayed longer. I'm hoping I can return again next year.

United KingdomWe loved everything and couldn’t find any faults. The only small thing we could think of for an improvement would be to add a mini fridge in the room, but that’s not a big deal at all
Rascals was exceptional and I’d recommend it to everyone. We stayed for 17 nights in total and we had an incredible time. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, the included breakfast was also amazing with plenty of choice and very good quality. All of the staff were very friendly and polite and always want to help. We got to know some of the staff well, Aldi, one of the waiters, was particularly friendly, always wearing a big smile, very friendly and positive. He made time to have conversations with us and tell us about what we should do and see in the area. And Bobby always had a big smile and was asking how we were when we weren’t feeling well one day. We felt like we were in very good hands! The pool areas are great with plenty of space to relax and the hotel spa is the best we tried on our stay in Indonesia. If you go to Kuta, you shouldn’t look anywhere else other than Rascals. Perfect location with a short walk to everything you need as well as being far enough away to have peace and quiet.
