The only criticism would be the comfort of the beds, otherwise everything was fantastic.

The property felt very modern and clean, with so much to do during our stay. We are looking forward to staying again.

Travelled all around Bali - everywhere you go the humidity is palpable, even your bedsheets get damp-ish. Here is no exception. Get used to the idea before you go 😁

Perfect! Great breakfast (awesome fresh juices selection - important), a variety of morning/afternoon/evening activities, pools are great, staff is super-welcoming, good on-site currency exchange (remember to bargain!!), on-call bike rental delivery within 10 minutes, a three-minute ride from the beach, quick exit onto the toll road to avoid Jimbaran traffic if going to other parts of Bali. They also have their own beach club with a great location and delicious smoothie bowls. We actually cancelled some of our other hotels in Bali and returned here for the end of our holiday. Walked in without a reservation and got a room on the spot.

Everything was perfect except: - Noise at night due maybe to the air conditioning equipment or the wind. - A bit far from the Nusa Dua center but the shuttle was a great solution for us

Huge resort. crowded. A lot families. Not suitable if you looking being connected to the nature. Architecture of the hotel will let forget that you are in Bali. It is not what everyone is looking for.

Overall organization of the hotel is outstanding! The facilities of the room are amazing and it’s very clean and well organized. The staff were very professional and skilled from the reception to the restaurant. Big thanks to TIKO BRAHMIANA (duty manager) that supported us a lot and make our stay unforgettable.

the bath tub sort of took up space in the room which we never used. Just felt like it could have been utilised for something else more functional I suppose, overall everything else was nice.

Breakfast was quite amazing, as well as the childrens' activity lava room and multiple swimming pools facilities made our family's stay enjoyable.

The staff were exceptional - kind, friendly and professional. The breakfast was amazing for its choice and variety. The location is slightly isolated but ideal for families and couples. Singles may struggle unless you just want to sleep, swim n relax. With generous exchange rates, the cost of the holiday was affordable and allowed for a few holiday indulgences. We'll done Renaissance. You offer great accommodation and service. 10/10.

I cannot say a single bad thing about this report, it’s AMAZING! We went for our honeymoon & booked 2 days before, as we changed our plans, and it was the best decision. The staff are fantastic & go above and beyond on every single occasion. The resort activities are also fantastic & all included. Breakfast is SO worth it and there’s a lot of variety.

Slow drink service. Hotel staff being rude to my private driver, we like seeing all people respected. It's a little far away but most water sport companies provide free transport.

It is a beautiful resort, however check in and drink service is slow. Loved the lap pool, felt like we nearly always had it to ourselves. Favourite staff member was Unita. very hard working and great to talk to, perhaps another bartender would help in that particular bar. Breakfast was fantastic, I recommend you sit in the air conditioned restaurant, you can still enjoy food from both. Floors in the rooms could be kept a bit cleaner, they were a bit grimy and slippery and when I wiped over them, my cloth was very dirty. We had our own driver and hotel staff were not very polite to him. Overall a wonderful stay, loved the freestanding bath and the friendliness of most of the staff.

The only thing I don't like is the room aircon, we were not able adjust the temperature & fans for our room. There is the remote in the room but didn't make any difference. Not sure it's just our room or the whole building.

There was nothing which I didn't like, we liked every bit of this resort.

Our recent stay was simply wonderful, and I can't thank you and your team enough for providing us with such a memorable visit. From the moment we checked in, we felt welcomed and valued. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any request made during our stay even more special. The pools, spa, restaurant, kids area, including the rooms were very luxurious and modern. The staff were always attentive and ready to assist with a smile. We especially appreciated a beautiful decoration with red rose petals done in our room on our request at a very short notice organised by the Hotel, which added a unique touch to our vacation. It truly exceeded our expectations and made our time at the hotel unforgettable. All the staff at the Reception, Backstage, Lava Land, Bell boys, room assistants in your hotel are wonderful, however, I would like to highly commend few of your outstanding staff members, Dy, Wulan, Sri, Andrew, Meyla, Listi and Mang Ade.
