The location of the hotel is a bit far from where downtown is, so it took us 20 mins with a taxi/scooter to go to where the restaurants and bars are - but I guess this is what you get when you want some nice views!

The hotel was beautiful overall. The view from our room was incredible - we upgraded our room last minute when we arrived. The pool is fantastic and the spa was great! We ordered room service nearly every day, and it was great. The breakfast had a HUGE variety!

My stay at Renaissance Uluwatu was amazing. From the moment we entered, we were warmly welcomed by the front office staff, and I felt that all the staff there had great service quality. My husband and I noticed that their service quality was consistent across all levels, from housekeeping to restaurant staff, and everyone we encountered in the hotel area. They were always ready to ask, greet, and help us with directions. In my opinion, it's rare to find a hotel with such consistently high-quality service. We were upgraded to a Family Room for free, a two floor room that was clean, with simple yet luxurious interior, a very comfortable bathtub, and I especially loved the toiletries they provided. Lastly, the breakfast food was delicious! Really delicious! and there were plenty of options. One important thing to note is that the restaurant was clean, they really maintained cleanliness well.

I was blown away by the service this hotel provided. There isn’t a single thing to complain about. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. I unfortunately got sick during my stay and the hotel sent a doctor to my room. The manager (Wiwin) came to check up on me multiple times during my stay as well as other staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is amazing, beautiful, spacious, quiet. The pools are big enough for the size of the hotel. The breakfast was unreal and the golf cart service to take us around the hotel is definitely a good call. The staff makes the whole difference. They’re lovely, kind and very happy to have a chat and give tips on what to do around Bali. I would definitely go back.

The location was probably an oversight on our behalf. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay and relax with minimal exploring of your surrounds then I would say it’s absolutely perfect - it has everything you need. However we did want to explore Uluwatu as it was our first time visiting this part of Bali and it was inconvenient not being about to walk out of the hotel and explore the streets. It is quite secluded, however I guess that’s what makes it special. It’s not necessarily a bad thing, it’s just a good factor to consider and if you don’t mind then you will love every minute. It was about a 20 minute car or scooter from the hotel into the main strip of Uluwatu so not the end of the world, but just something to consider. The hotel also provided a free shuttle bus to a beach club each day multiple times so this was super handy!!

Beautifully clean and inviting hotel. The staff made it very special, each and every person that we engaged with were incredibly polite, welcoming, kind and helpful. We especially loved the WhatsApp messaging option where we could shoot through requests or questions and they were so responsible and helpful at all times. My husband fell sick part way through our holiday and all the staff were very caring and offering to help.

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located in the middle of the south of Bali: so perfect if you want to explore the beaches. You have a great view from the hotel. The hotel offers scooter rental and organized the taxi back to the airport. In about 10 minutes drive you reach good Cafés and Restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The swimmingpools were very large, perfect for a swim. The gym was good too. The variety of the breakfast was huhe: western food, indonesian food, egg station, sweets and many fresh juices etc. Thank you for the great stay! In case we visit Bali again, we will stay at your hotel.

The resort is exceptional and offers all the services you could ask for. The staff does everything to make your stay incredible and they are all very friendly - they also have great recommendations of things to do / places to go (they recommended a wonderful seafood restaurant on a cliff to view the sunset, I loved it!). Wonderful pools and two very good restaurants (plus the breakfast buffet is insane, so many great choices!). Prime location in Uluwatu - highly recommend staying here if you want to treat yourself :)

EVERYTHING is amazing! The staff, the service, the rooms, the facilities cannot be faulted. The buffet breakfast is worth staying for alone and the food is incredible. Double Ikat serves the most amazing Indonesian food I had during my stay and I ended up eating there 3 times.
