It was perfect!

If I could rate this higher than five stars, I definitely would. The rooms and pools are outstanding. The view from the lobby lounge is breathtaking. The staff are incredibly friendly and always go above and beyond. There's a variety of daily activities, including yoga, biking, pottery, and batik, ensuring you'll always have something to do without ever leaving the hotel! The absolute highlight is the breakfast selection. It's as extensive and varied as a dinner buffet, catering to all dietary needs and preferences. This hotel was the highlight of my trip and made Uluwatu my favorite part of Bali.

There is nothing I didn’t like.

Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was so accommodating. They were always one step ahead of you. They made sure to make our stay they best. The food was a 10/10 along with the views, the property, the room and the spa.

This resort was absolutely phenomenal! Just beautiful, the staff are so friendly and welcoming. Always have a smile on their faces. So much perks come with staying here, we attend the roosterfish beach club free of cost and it was just stunning, free shuttle bus and day beds. The food was great! Can’t fault this place

The aircon it was too cold and we couldn’t managed that even calling to reception at the end we just turned it off in the middle of the night, my baby was waking because it was too cold

It wasn't close to a beach BUT they had a shuttle that ran frequently to a beach club.

Everything about this place is perfect! The staff are beyond exception, the rooms are clean and beautiful, the pool is well maintained, the breakfast and restaurants are DELICIOUS! They went above and beyond for our stay. Lots of great amenities such as a shuttle to a beach club, pottery class, spa... you could spend your entire time here. Would highly recommend!!!

The breakfast was out of this world amazing! Best breakfast I’ve ever experienced. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Kids club was brilliant- well organised and I loved that you could see the agenda for each day and pick which activities the kids went to. The views from the pools were just amazing! And from the bar up the top! True pinch yourself moments wherever you look! Also staff was so kind and helpful. All adds to a magical holiday. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a 5 star/ something special/ once in a lifetime kind of place!

The bathtub was a challenge. The location was a little bit too hidden but you can get transportation easily so it’s not too bad, I was just surprised.

Love the view and all the hotel has to offer. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. It was a very relaxing stay. Oh and they have an ACTUAL hair dryer, none of that wall mounted tiny ones that hardly dries anything!

Only one minor, but very minor, was that the MINI bar was broken and a bit noisy.

My stay at Renaissance Uluwatu was amazing. From the moment we entered, we were warmly welcomed by the front office staff, and I felt that all the staff there had great service quality. My husband and I noticed that their service quality was consistent across all levels, from housekeeping to restaurant staff, and everyone we encountered in the hotel area. They were always ready to ask, greet, and help us with directions. In my opinion, it's rare to find a hotel with such consistently high-quality service. We were upgraded to a Family Room for free, a two floor room that was clean, with simple yet luxurious interior, a very comfortable bathtub, and I especially loved the toiletries they provided. Lastly, the breakfast food was delicious! Really delicious! and there were plenty of options. One important thing to note is that the restaurant was clean, they really maintained cleanliness well.

I was blown away by the service this hotel provided. There isn’t a single thing to complain about. The hotel was clean and very well maintained. I unfortunately got sick during my stay and the hotel sent a doctor to my room. The manager (Wiwin) came to check up on me multiple times during my stay as well as other staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was great

The hotel is amazing, beautiful, spacious, quiet. The pools are big enough for the size of the hotel. The breakfast was unreal and the golf cart service to take us around the hotel is definitely a good call. The staff makes the whole difference. They’re lovely, kind and very happy to have a chat and give tips on what to do around Bali. I would definitely go back.
