Great location, close to Seminyak cafes/massage therapists/bars/shops. Relatively quiet location hidden in high walls. Large rooms and rain shower, great pool for dips in hot weather.

The bathroom has weird smell and property probably needs some renovation including towels. You can hear noises from outside like roadworks, staff cleaning outside, etc.

Even tough I love this place with all my heart the hotel management needs to make some renovations. 7 and 5 years ago everything was new and exceptional. Right now the showers have rust and are very loose, towels and beddings are very old, all in stains and the color went from white to grey. Dear management, if you are reading this please buy new towels, bed sheets and covers. There are a lot of stains on furniture (bed, sofas, lamps) that need to be removed as well or new ones should be bought. This really needs to be monitored to keep the best level of service.

This is the third time I’m staying in Room & Vespa 4. I absolutely love this place, it gives a feeling of boutique hotel with only 6 rooms, super stylish and cozy, very quite despite the best location possible - 2 min from the beach and 5 min from the street with all the shops and restaurant. Lovely stuff who still works here 5 years later since the last time a stayed here. You barely see other quests and have a pool which is almost your own one. Beautiful rooms, new bottles of water every day.

The place starts to look tired, needs renovation. I believe it was beautiful some years ago. The bathroom was smelly, the staff tried to get rid of it but did not manage properly, I think it is because of the drainage system. They also need some new bedsheets and towel. The sofa has so many stains and looks dirty. The location is a bit hidden, they should put a sign. The internet connection is a bit slow.

The location is in a nice area in Seminyak, not too busy and noisy. It is a bit hidden, so it is quiet. The room is spacious with a nice interior although needs some refreshment. The pillows are comfortable. The staffs are attentive and helpful.

Absolutely wonderful staff. So nice and kind people. Loved those guys. The location of the property was very good. City centre, everything was very close. Very quiet place. Our 2yo loved everything about this place. Reccomend!

When we walked into the room, it gave us a grubby feel. It desperately needed a good paint. The couch cushions were filthy. Floor was dirty to feel underfoot, so I gave that a wash and the cloth I used was black with dirt. The cups had dribble marks on them from previous residents. It was dusty. After I gave it a quick clean we had a nice stay. But...it definitely was not boutique stay. We had much cheaper and better accommodation in Bali this trip.There were no slippers or hair-dryer, only 1 robe. These were advertised on booking dot com as part of the accommodation. Truthfully, had there been other accommodation available in the area I would have checked out. But , when I asked the man to clean the floor properly the next day, it was done.

We booked a double bed but only got two single beds put together. The room was no very clean and the pool was unusable because it was very dirty
