Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

IndiaAmazing stay! Extremely unique and beautiful to stay amidst nature and waking up to the singing of the birds. Anna (the owner) and Diggi/Dicky are super friendly and very helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better stay! The food is killer! 🤤

AustraliaDepending what you’re after, it isn’t near much to do but that isn’t a bad thing. No reason to leave the treehouse!
Stunning property grounds! Very very well planned and built. Amazing treehouses. Felt safe and sturdy. Delicious food at restaurant.

ItalyI didn't like that the towels weren't changed in 3 days (because with the super humidity they never dried) I could have asked but I thought it was clear from how I had placed them I would have liked the staff to be more interested in us, such as if we had already rented a vehicle or if we already knew where to go and what to do
I liked the location of the structure and the particularity of the structure included the balcony of the room and the relax zone and i love the service of the breakfast

AustraliaNo air conditioning, but has a ceiling fan keeps you cool. No mosquito net over the bed but did not notice any mosquitos, this is a tree house so expect to see bugs.
Unique property in a hard to find location, short drive to restaurants and beaches. Breakfast included with this hotel. Awesome tree house, comfortable bed, nice pillows.

United KingdomNo fixed nets on the windows or mosquito nets over the beds. The fan was fixed above the bed so it blew the air around above your head whilst lying down rather than over you, and it couldn't be altered. As a result the room was overbearing humid, with a damp smell and nothing dried out!
Beautifully thought out wooden huts in the trees in lush gardens with pretty little pool, yoga room and eating area.

United KingdomThe grounds were magical, every tree house looked incredible and the staff friendly and helpful. They made such a yummy vegan breakfast of banana pancakes with peanut butter. The one regret we have was not hiring a bike as it’s a bit away from most attractions however it was a lovely chill stay away from the hustle of tourism. My partner and I had a massage which was incredible! Probably one of the best we’ve ever had!

United StatesIt’s a little pricey, but I spent the money to make my family happy.
The most unique place I’ve ever stayed at. Truly is a great place to stay at. Love the architecture and fall facilities cleans. However it’s a bit off the beaten path and the bed is not great. Seems a bit too old and soft, springs worn down, or just not great quality. Anyway, the place is still fantastic mainly because you’re literally living in a tree. Oh, I forgot to mention we had the family room. The smaller room for kids was like a little loft upstairs. Super effing adorable. If you have kids and this review, the kids are gonna love this place.

GermanyThe area around the location is not very nice. We booked the stay to feel nature, but as soon as you leave the camp the reality of southern Bali hits you (heavy traffic, a lot of plastic, pollution, ..)
Location has a „glamping“ like atmosphere. Within the location you found yourself in a beautiful forest with a lot of plants & insects. The stuff is super friendly and helpful. You can rent scooters here - which seems to be the only way to survive the traffic… we walked twice to the next supermarket (10/15 min).. not recommended. We loved our tree house. You only have a fan to cool, but that is fine. Taking a shower in the tree with a nice view was stunning. Generally, you should not be afraid of insects - especially mosquitoes. Welcome any gecko in your room! Breakfast was great.

AustraliaMy cabin was an original one and quite difficult to climb into and out of. It would not suit someone older and less fit.
The property is extremely beautifully designed. The endemic trees and foliage make it a very cool and very relaxing environment. It was lovely to see so many butterflies!

FranceThe fan only worked on the slow mode, and I would have preferred if it had been stronger. However, I really hope they don’t ruin this place by putting in air conditioning. If people want AC they should go elsewhere, not to this type of place. The whole point of a treehouse is that you are at one with nature. Please don’t ruin it by putting an AC! And for anyone who complains about cocks crowing in the morning, or geckos why did you try to embrace nature? Or else go to a different place where you can seal yourself in a box! These treehouses are for nature lovers. I slept with my door wide open, and it was lovely. I kept bumping my ankle against the corner of the bed, which was a little sharp!
What a stunning property! Every detail has been thought through in such an imaginative, tasteful way. The shower worked beautifully and it was heavenly spending time in the treehouse, I never wanted to leave! I wish more people would make these sorts of places as it was such a joy.

United KingdomThe tree house is an amazing experience and our whole stay was great. However it was very hot and muggy and I understand because of the way the tree house is constructed air conditioning might not be feasible but a stronger fan would help. Roy did try his best to make our stay comfortable and kindly changed the fan for the bed in upstairs nook to make it more comfortable. One small recommendation a small iron would be very helpful.
Everything was fantastic. The staff and owner went above and beyond to help us. I didn't have cash on me to pay the car, Anna the owner came over and did a bank transfer for me. Roy was very sweet he took me to the nearest money changer and the local mart on his bike. The breakfast in the restaurant was delicious. We relaxed in the tree house and hardly went out so not sure about the distance but it looked close enough to the beaches. We also ordered food from outside and it came from Jimbran fairly quickly so it couldn't be too far. It was a lovely experience sitting eating outside under the tree house. It was by far our favourite place to stay in Bali.

This property is magical, highly recommended for a few days to completely unwind and do little. It’s. great base to visit Sundays beach club and others that are the best beaches in Bali. I’ll be bringing my family back.
