The pavers was mossy and I slipped so they need to be cleaned, bathroom was dirty. Around 4 hours from Denpasar with a 30 min break. Roads are dangerous to the property with very steep hills and land slides in wet weather.

I don't remember anything like that. Everything was good. Some little things did not spoil the overall positive impression.

The hotel was located some distance from the town in a calm, quiet area, with a beautiful view of the mountains, the village and the coast in the distance. There is no shop nearby, you have to get there by scooter. The room is not very large but has everything you need for a comfortable stay, clean, efficient air conditioning, comfortable bed, nice bathroom. The hotel has a beautiful restaurant, a large parking lot and a beautiful swimming pool. Very nice service, helpful in every topic. After making the reservation, the hotel recommended contacting the driver Made, who organized the transport from Padang Bai to Rostik - it is really worth working with him because he is very reliable and a good driver. The hotel is located near the phenomenal Sekumpul waterfalls. It is also worth going on another trip - northern Bali offers many different attractions and the hotel staff or Made will help you choose. I would love to go back there because I had a great time there.

Dont use GPS for motorbike, then you will get very different pathway, not motorway. And this pathway i took is hell. Be cautious choose road.

The location is absolutely stunning. The villa is magnificent and has the best views of Sekumpuls beautiful landscape. You also get to see the beautiful sunrises and sunsets right from the villa. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and treat you with the best care possible while you’re staying. Our host, Hendra, was nothing short of a gentleman. He made us feel so at home, waited on us and helped us organise our day trips and transport to our next accomodation. All the staff are so nice and kind 😊. The food is lovely and whatever you like to drink is available. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and anyone who is looking to explore Bali.

There is no blinder in the room so it is either fully exposed to the parking or dark room. It is shamefully do not be able to keep your privacy and enjoying the light of the sun at the same time.

The room is cleaned every day, and small bottle of water is supplied. The wifi connection is good everywhere at the property. The shower has hot water. Rostika Villa is a peaceful , well preserved and beautiful place to rest. From our room we can see the sunrise. The swimming pool is beautiful, clean and always heats by the sun. Best place to observe the sunset. The breakfast was good. We were able to rent motorbike at the property. The staff makes this place home. Thank you all Hendra, Wayan, Sudiasih and Putra.

The menu needs a bit more variety for breakfast. The portions were small but good. Although sekumpul waterfall is very close to the property, there isn't a lot to do in the area in the evenings. We would still totally recommend this place as it is very relaxing and peaceful!

We loved this place. It was very comfortable and the rooms were nice and clean. We had a smart TV, a small wardrobe, night lights, comfy bed and a nice view. The property is huge however it is still under construction so I believe there will be more to see in the future. We enjoyed the pool area it was very relaxing and quiet. Walking around the property was nice too. Some of the staff couldn't speak much English but they tried their best to help and they were very friendly. It was an awesome place to end our holiday and relax. It was also very close to sekmpul waterfall. Down the road there is a family run restaurant called nyoman warung. They were super friendly and kind and even gave us lifts back to the hotel. We did some tours with them too.

Rostika Villa is in a stunning location with incredible views. It is perfect for visiting the waterfalls in the area and you can arrange all this through the hotel. The budget double room we stayed in (202) was very comfortable and kept spotlessly clean. You get a lovely view of the sunrise here (if you wake up in time!) and it is wonderful to feel surrounded by nature in such a welcoming setting. Being able to watch Netflix etc in the room is a nice touch and useful for when you’re relaxing in the evenings. We also found the shower refreshingly powerful and warm compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at on the island. The swimming pool is also very clean and lovely to relax in, and the views from the restaurant are simply gorgeous. The menu is not extensive but the food is very tasty - especially the Balinese food. We found the breakfast very good here too. What makes this place extra special though is the staff - they are all so kind, friendly & helpful and they make you feel very welcome. Rostika Villa is excellent value for money and worth staying at least a few nights, as it is perfect for visiting the waterfalls and a lovely place to relax in. It is probably our favourite hotel from our tour of Asia so far!

Due to the layout of the hotel all rooms have a large glass door to the shared balcony. Therefore you need to close the curtains if you want some privacy from the other guests.

If you are looking for a quiet place with a nice view, this hotel is an absolute paradise! The hotel is still really new and they are still renovating and improving certain parts of the HUGE area that belongs to this hotel, so it will probably be even nicer in the future. The hotel comes with a incredible garden with lots of really nice plants and flowers. It also has a really nice pool right next to the restaurant. But the most beautiful feature of this place is the view! It’s just magical! Unfortunately we only had one night in this little paradise and had already booked the next accommodation otherwise we would have extended our stay for a few nights 100%! If you just want to relax a bit and don’t need a beach nearby, this hotel is definitely the place for you!

There’s only one thing that matters for me which I would like to have it, but due to hotel plan it’s impossible - total privacy. You have balcony but this balcony is used by everyone for all the purposes so you cannot just open the curtains of your room and relax because everyone will see you. As I appreciate privacy very much I had to sacrifice the view from my window-doors and close it with curtains.

The staff is amazing - Wayan, Hendra and Sudiyashi are so kind and friendly, very caring. They offer breakfast along with accommodation but I don’t eat breakfast so they offered me lunch instead even though I didn’t ask for that. Also Wayan offered me to take to the neighbour mountain to see a very beautiful sunset. So nice! And the view - Oh my God what a view! Amazing! Rooms are clean and tidy, fresh renovated.
