Pool closes at 7p.m. Though that possibly avoids mosquitos and helps keep the atmosphere quiet in the evenings.

Such a beautiful location, and the room was spacious and clean. The staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast choices and variety. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!

Nice place with a lot of green and small lakes. The room is spacious. Swimming pool area is beautiful and I appreciate coffe/tea break every day from 4 to 5. The staff is always the best.

We stayed during renovation works, which lasted from 8 am to 6 pm. They were updating corridors, staircases, exteriors - since common facilities were worn out. But compared to all benefits of the hotel, renovations brought little discomfort. One of our rooms had hot water only in shower and not in sink. Wifi coverage was unstable and had blind spots in our room, got away with using Telkomsel 4G, or moving to restaurant area.

Initially we booked for 2 nights, but in the end stayed for 3 weeks. Personnel was always helpful. We received a price discount for a long stay. We stayed in two types of rooms with balcony and pool view in their largest building. Rooms are big and spacey. Ours were clean, fresh, and most importantly without damp air and mold, which is rare for Ubud area. Indonesian breakfast was really tasty and had variety of choice on different days. Very limited vegan options, though. Great views to the pool, surrounding rice fields. Big territory with gardens, lounges, pool area, large swimming infinity pool

Honestly, just nit picking here but, the showers took an incredibly long time to heat up, I am talking like 15 mins to get to warm, 20 to hot. The room had some moldy spots on the roof, and the restaurant lacked a few choices from the menu making the selection quite small.

The staff are absolutely incredible at this resort. They will go out of thier way to make you feel at home and comfortable. The rooms are comfortable and have decent amenities.

The toilets in the room. No floor towel, lack of toilet paper refills, did not provide fresh towels. Soap, shampoo and body soap bottle were not filled up.

Very good buffet. I had to leave early at 4 am . They packed breakfast for all of us at 4 am (which was also very huge. Staff was very helpful Dinner was also very good with ample variety. Value for money

Last 36 hours I spent with broken air conditioning, and it was hard enough. Although they tried to repair it, they couldn't. I asked for another room but they ignored my request 😒

We are from Kazakhstan. Assel, Mira and their mothers 😁 We stopped at this beautiful hotel after seeing the photo in booking.com. The hotel exceeded our expectations. Very beautiful. The territory is very large and green, very comfortable, large and luxurious swimming pool, delicious breakfast. We were offered free breakfast in the pool, you can take very cool photos😍. But the best thing is of course the staff. The most kind and sympathetic people. It is very convenient to purchase different tours at the reception immediately along with a taxi. We are very grateful to you. Also in the room you can order food and very quickly prepared. The food is delicious. Everything is at a high level👍 If we are in Ubud next year, we will definitely come back here. We wish you all the best and prosperity from the bottom of our hearts!🫶🏻❤️

The bamboo structure was under construction. I booked this place because of that and it wasn't available.

The room was big and clean. The pool is beautiful with rice terrace view. Staff are friendly, scooter available for rent, the location is a little far from center Ubud and that's exactly what I was looking for.

You will see dirty, rusty metal trash cans in the room. You will not find electric sockets around the bed, which is highly uncomfortable. Very poor breakfast. The Wi-Fi almost doesn’t work. It’s off very often and the speed tends to zero.
