We asked for a late checkout and were only offered to book another day, we would of paid a half day rate. Instead, we booked into a cheap hotel for half a day

Room was well appointed, the veiw from the tub was awesome at night. The pool temperature was perfect best we have had in Bali. The location was perfect for easy walking into Seminyak centre

I am being very picky here, but the shower pressure was a little soft but not the end of the world.

The location was great, we walked to the centre of Seminyak easily, staff were helpful and welcoming, pool was clean and a great size, bed was super comfortable.

Limited water then you had to pay, but as water is inexpensive, this did not phase me

The proximity to everything was fantastic, and villa was very private. My villa backed onto road, but the road was not overly busy, so no issues.

Not much at all! The only thing was you could see the toilet from certain spots outside so we just closed the blinds which solved that!

Absolute privacy - quiet & peaceful. Good size pool for two, good amount of sun & shade. Staff exceedingly friendly and welcomed us 'home' every time we came back. Great location but not as on Apple Maps - follow google maps! Few minutes walk to Seminyak Square and plenty to eat & drink close by. Loads of taxis & bikes around if you want to go further afield - we walked to Kuta along the beachfront which took around an hour.

Disappointed with being charged to soak towel , due to wiping up a spilled cup of tea , if I had known I was going to be charged $15 I would have left it for housekeeping to clean 😡

The bedroom did not have black out curtains and it was located next to a busy road. Be prepared to bring earplugs and a sleepmask. We did so we had a good sleep as the beds were very comfortable as wel!

We loved our stay here! Beautiful villa. The pool had a perfect temperature. Staff was very kind and helpful. Good locations, nearby restaurants, bars and a supermarket. Would love to stay here again!

There could have been more wardrobe space/drawers. The restaurant was cheap for food and drinks which was nice, but I didn't find the food that good. The breakfast options weren't that great. Some more coat hangers to hang clothes. There was a door from the bathroom/toilet to the outdoor area of the villa, which didn't have a lock, because of this the main lock was on the door from the bathroom into the villa. This meant we couldn't have the air conditioning flow into the bathroom/toilet if we left for the day, so it was always very hot in there. I also disliked it because I didn't want to leave any clothes in the cupboard that was in the bathroom or in the laundry basket in the bathroom, due to the Bali humidity, I didn't want any of the clothes to go mouldy or smelly. I also didn't want to leave any items of value in the bathroom, as it could be accessed without a key.

The staff were friendly and accomodating. The villa was modern. The pool was nice, modern, large and clean. The outdoor area was also large, with dining table and lounge. The bathroom was also large. The restaurant was cheap for food and drinks which was nice. The cocktails were always great!

Facilities were clean and to standard. Room service from restaurant was great and we ate it often. Staff were super friendly and made sure we had the best stay. The location of the villas is perfect being a short walk away from shops and restaurants. We will definitely be staying here again.

I have stayed here multiple times. It's a lovely relaxing villa complex. The staff are very friendly And it's close enough to the beach if you like a walk.. The adjoining restaurant has nice food. Good staff and reasonable pricing. IRoyal samaja villas are my go to accommodation when I visit bali

I stayed here in early Jan 2024. My villa was perfect, so we’re the staff. The facilities were clean, staff (especially Santi) were very helpful and understanding. Very happy with everything - I will definitely be back.

The property is a little dated

The location was in the heart of seminyak, a couple of minutes walk away from seminyak square. Surprisingly, it was still quite peaceful and not too noisy. The staff were great and really accomodating. Our flight was delayed so I requested late checkout at a cost. Initially they were fully booked but the minute there was a cancellation, they called me back to inform me and we ended up staying.
