Fantastic location and the villa was perfect. the staff very very helpful and new us by name. We loved staying here and felt as though they could not do anough for us. will definitely staff here again.

Royal Samaja Villas was an excellent choice to stay. Staff are exceptionally friendly. Any minor problem we had was taken care of. Room was spotless as was the rest of the property. Restaurant was good for breakfast but a bit slow. On holiday so wasn't to concerned about that. Close to restaurants, shopping and beach. Found it better to pay for a cheap cab ride to Seminyak Beach than the beach near by. Was great having the private pool. Really good value for the money.

We loved our stay at the Royal Samaja Villas. Super friendly and kind staff. We had villa 7 which was on the quiet side of the property. Would ask for one on that side again not that I think the other side is noisy. Villa was really nice with pretty gardens and we LOVED the pool, we used it at least 4 times a day. On site restaurant was really good with lots of dining options. They make a 'mean' cocktail! Super easy access to Seminyak square and other places to eat. Will definitely be back.

The villa lived up to all expectations and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special (this was the first stop on our honeymoon). Despite being in a pretty busy built up area you wouldn't know this once inside the villa - the complex is a little Oasis in Seminyak. The pool decoration was stunning and the kitchen staff even carved a picture of my wife and I into a watermelon for us when we were leaving.

There were some colored stains on the small towels, but I could know that the towels were already washed, so it was fine.

Everything. The staffs are super friendly and sooo helpful. Their warm welcoming was really touching. The villa was well maintained and clean. The restaurant itself is already separately high level. The location is great if you wanna stay around Seminyak. The villas are just located on the next street of busy area.

Noisy as next to the street with bikes going fast

Clean, green, good space, large bathroom, pool was nice and clean and staff was very helpful. The breakfast was good size when ordering the Indonesian breakfast and it was super easy walk to many cafes and restaurants. The on-site restaurant and cafe was very convenient. Bagus, the local site manager will arrange for transport or other guidance.

The lights were not bright enough to light up the room which gave us a bit of trouble hunting mosquitoes down

Wonderful location and exceptional staff. The Villa was once a beauty but, as we understand, Covid has left much of Bali in need of updating. The layout of the Villa was wonderful. However the bathroom was very tired, the air con only just doing its job and upholstery has seen better days. The staff did all they could to make it a wonderful stay and we certainly did.

Private poool in villas were fantastic . Location is just arounfd the cornber from eat street and easy access to other loctioons in Seminyak. Best rooms are 3,5,7,and 9 as they are not on the main road. The staff are amazing , very helpful and kind and make you feel totally welcomed. The resturat atttached has great meals

We did have trouble with our front door not latching but that was minor and we had mozzies in the bedroom at night but a quick spray took care of that.

Best place I have ever stayed in Seminyak! amazing staff were so friendly and helpful with everything catered to our needs. location was perfect walking distance to restos, cafe, beach and bars. was easy to use gojek everything was 5 mins away where we wanted to go too. the villa itself was perfect for myself and my boyfriend, everything was spotless when we arrived and they cleaned our room great everyday. also pool always stayed cleaned. the restaurant they have attached to the villas is has amazing food and drinks and is so cheap! overall we will definitely be coming back! thanks samaja team for everything 🙏
