We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndonesiaThe room is gloomy especially during the evening due to limited lighting. The bed is not super clean, got kinda itchy when I lay down. The small garden area seems abandoned. There's quite amount of mosquitoes so bring your own mosquitoes repellent.
The hotel located in the city center, just walking distance to a big mall in Solo so you can get whatever you want. The room is spacious and cozy. The bathroom is clean, the shower has perfect water pressure and temperature. It also has blinding curtain so it's comfortable to sleep in.

I love the location,next to mall paragon solo,and next to Wedangan Pendhopo!!! All of the reseptionist are superrr friendly,helpful and give good attention! Really sad that they cant recommend good hotel similar in tawangmangu :( I love the towel smell even they looks like ugly one,and love smell of new sheet.

IndonesiaThere is few sugar provided for both of us and there is no restock the next day, only water. Since the hotel doesn't provide breakfast, we have to find them by ourselves.
The area is fantastic because it is in central city. I love the greenery, i remember sleeping with the sounf of water and frogs. Next to the hotel, there ia a small traditional cafe called wedhangan pendopo, where we can take a rest and experience the essence of solo.

IndonesiaThe staff is not available 24/7, especially early morning. I had to check out by leaving the keyroom at the receptionist because no one there.
Strategic place. Right in the middle of city center, all sight seeing is only 5 - 10mins away. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They helped me out to book a car. The room was nice and clean and quite spacious too. With a constant raining ambience as the white noise from their eco watering system, it was perfect to get uninterrupted deep sleep.

NetherlandsThis is a lodge, rather than a hotel. But even there standards should apply as to hygiene and service. And these were not good. Also, the hotel offers city tours and tours in the surroundings. Make sure you list what you'd like to see, otherwise you may be taken to tourist haunts (batik shop, oil factory/shop)

IndonesiaIt is considered an old hotel that need lots of refurbishment. The towels that should be white in colour need to be changed and upgraded as they are more like kitchen cloths (lap dapur) rather than decent pieces of linen to dry up and clean the body. Cleanliness is rather poor, the rattan to cover the side lamp is dusty, the sinks in the bathroom has too much mould as well as on the glass and mirror. Busy catching and killing the mosquitos before finally able to sleep. The small garden has no plants, just stoned floor which seems never been maintained.
The location is in the centre near to the shopping area and restaurants, within the housing area which is quiet and peaceful.
