Nothing, for the cost

The staff are lovely. This hotel is very generous with rates, actually tried to undercharge me both for room costs and for breakfast!! My room was tiny, but the cost reflects that.

We opted for a cheap basic room which was fine except the shower had made the wood rotten and there was a nasty smell of damp and mildew.

The staff were excellent. Ria, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. She sorted out boat tickets and a daily driver to really explore the island while waiting for the ferry to Banda. We had a great time, mostly thanks to her.

We had to move as air conditioning didn’t work in the one room and it took a bit of convincing to hotel staff to move us. Intolerable heat. New room A/C was great.

Small rooms are quite small but you have four size options and larger ones are quite good. All comfy beds, good breakfast and great staff

Breakfast rather asian plus toast and fruits

Everything we needed after a wesry pelni trip was there. Good place to stay for a night or two.

the room I was in needed some sealment around the shower (mould) but other than that was clean and functioning, aircon was good working and quiet

breakfast was a lot and you could order some specials like cafe latte indonesian and european, you could order omlette with everything - really nice staff was very helpful, spoke good english and helped with everthing - thanks once again! you could even get massages in your own room!

The water pressure in the bathroom was too low. The Shower curtain not too effective so the water came out all over the bathroom floor. The Lighting in the bathroom also a bit dark. A lot of dust at the back of the TV. Some road noise also penetrated the room. The window can be opened.

Overall the room and the bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable and the AC was working well. The staff very professional and respond to questions and requests through email or whatsapp.

A smaller bed for a small room. Better training for cleaning staff.

The hotel looks new, in a very good location, the standard room is small but has a mountain view which we enjoyed, and all the staff were so friendly, made us feel welcome. Breakfast is yummy.

The traffic was heavy even at night making crossing the road difficult. The room was quite small which made access to our luggage dificult. The air conditioner leaked water onto the floor causing the room to smell musty. We asked to have this fixed, but the problem remained. There were tiny ants in the room which crawled all over and tried to enter my computer.

This residence is on a busy thoroughfare which made it easy to find, but noisy. The A/C and WiFi were good, and the staff were very accommodating and helpful. The included breakfast was really great. We especially enjoyed the fesh fruit, and hot local and Western dishes. The staff brought hot water to our room on request, and also arranged a car and driver at a reasonable price. There were many local restaurants, groceries, and great street-food sellers very close by. We had a very early morning departure, so the staff prepared a simple packaged breakfast to go.

The hotel has a cafe on site but most of the main laces to eat were a 35 minute walk away. However there are plenty of bemos and ojeks around to get you there.

The room was spotless. The staff very friendly and helpful. We had no complaints about the room or facilities at all.

The price is not included for breakfast. Would be nice if it is included in the room rate.

The staffs were so nice and polite. They allowed me to stay a bit longer since I have an afternoon flight. It has also a beautiful view from my window's room. Double bed are also quite roomy and comfortable. If you feel like craving for food, they have nice cafe in the lobby. Totally worth the money.

The room. Small, cramped, stained walls, not very clean. It's good there was a small restaurant but the food wasn't great.

The staff were really lovely, so helpful and kind, it's a shame the hotel was not nice. .

No ventilation other than air-conditioning making it feel stuffy after a few days. (we stayed ten days) Hot water ran out quite quickly. No space for suitcases, only one tiny table, and towels and linen had a funny smell.

The standard rooms are really small, there was just enough space to open the luggage for one person it will be oke, but for 2 it might be to cramped. They also didn’t clean the room well, there was a lot of dust and cobwebs behind the tv and under the bed.
