You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsI asked if the breakfast was prepared with mineral waters. (Because the tap water is contaminated) The breakfast is being washed under the water tap. Watch out if you want to eat safely. They told me that they made the breakfast with mineral water. But I took a look at how they prepared my dish, and I noticed that they still used the tap to wash the vegetables. Be aware that food here is not safely being prepared. I don’t recommend people to get breakfast here. The location is next to a very busy road, you’ll need a car or bike to go somewhere, because the sidewalk has a lot of deep holes in it.
