Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). Poland- Fairly limited breakfast menu (only few options to choose from), nevertheless the food is quite tasty - the hotel is quite small so on higher floors you need to keep your curtains closed to make sure that guests from across the pool do not look inside the room - ground floor rooms have very little privacy, you can almost peak inside from the swimming pool
Really nice rooms, especially for couples. Big comfy bed and mosquito nets make it comfortable to rest and relax. located just outside of center of Ubud so there is not so much foot traffic outside but yet all the restaurants and stores are close by. Despite main street being right outside of the hotel, it's surprisingly calm and quiet inside, which gives great possibility to relax!

Singaporethere was only 1 power plug in the bedroom excluding the toilet one but it was sufficient for us.
location was good, walking few minutes out, u have food, mart and almost everything in your hotel. our room did not come with breakfast but we ordered breakfast during our last day, it was awesome. real fruit juices, coffee, american breakfast and fruits platter. portion definitely filling. room comes with free shuttle ard Ubud, we used and it was fast, good, friendly without any charges. front reception was welcoming and helpful. it was my first time in Ubud but definitely one of the best hotel of all the places i had traveled to.

United KingdomSuch a cute hotel! The staff is so friendly and make you feel very welcome. The room is a good size and all rooms have a big balcony with a table and 2 chairs. The breakfast menu is amazing - so much choice and very yummy. There even is free afternoon tea / coffee with some little snacks. You can walk to the center of Ubud in about 30 minutes, but the hotel offers a free shuttle service. Highly recommend.

JapanOn the first night only, I think there was a concert in Ubud center, it was very loud and we could hear music until late at night ... Difficult to sleep with so much noise. But the remaining days, it was quiet, so no problem at all. Some mosquitoes around the pool, but this can't be avoided.

United StatesWe had a lovely stay at Savana Ubud while staying in Bali! A few highlights for fellow travelers: - The hotel was built in 2019, so it’s relatively new and very well maintained - The pool is a great addition and is perfect after a hot day of walking around! - The entire staff is very friendly and is always around to help! A special shout out to Nano and Eko for taking care of us! - the hotel is a short 15-20 walk to the main part of town, but the hotel offers compliment drop off and pick up shuttle service - a big win! - The hotel is great about coordinating airport transportation and day trips. We are very grateful for Jon who picked us up from the airport and also coordinated our day tour! - breakfast is excellent and the afternoon coffee and snacks is a nice touch. Overall, Sabana Ubud is excellent value and I’d recommend booking while staying in Bali!

CanadaThis was our favourite stay of the entire trip. The staff are absolutely incredible - they are so kind, warm, and very accommodating. They helped meet our every need and were so quick to respond whenever we had questions. The shuttle provided by the hotel was honestly a game changer - to have easy and reliable access to transport around the city limits when you're tired from walking all day or its too warm makes the experience so much more enjoyable. The facilities are stunning, the rooms are huge, washrooms are fantastic, air conditioning was a dream, and the breakfasts were amazing. We honestly couldn't have asked for anything more. Thank you so much to the Sabana team for making our trip to Ubud so memorable!

From checking in to checking out we were always treated with a smile and the staff was very helpful in fulfilling any wishes (daily breakfast to the room, shuttle service, laundry service, free water at the pool and even repairing a broken pants). The room on the third floor was also very nice and gave us sunset views.
