The room had a strong tropics smell. Musty and damp despite air-conditioning on all the time.

Intimate. Quiet. Amazing food and hospitality. Chose to eat at the hotel a majority of the time. Prompt fresh room service. Beautiful pool. Respectful guests making a relaxing atmosphere.

No window in our room - big beautiful room though so not a biggie

Location was great, walking distance to the beach, laundry services on the street outside. Amazing Vietnamese restaurant on the door step. Nice quiet ish street with plenty of spas. Pool was really nice with lush green plants and trees surrounding, food at the bar was great and cheap.

The bathroom had a foul smell at times, and the shower drainage is slow. Nobody wants dirty soapy water around their feet when showering this also makes the floor very slippery which is dangerous

Location was perfect walkingvdistance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Staff was awesome food and drinks were delicious

You have to choose breakfast. Some choices are more than enough and others are not. When you ask for one more toast you have to pay.

The villa looks great and is very spacious. Next time I would not prefer an open bathroom as there where a lot op mosquitos. The personal was very friendly but after cleaning they leave the doors of the bathroom open, so many mosquitos in the bedroom. Nice area with a lot of good restaurants.

It seemed that the cleaning of the room came too soon after the breakfast, and didn't often give you time to get ready for four people in your room. Would have been great if that happened about an hour after breakfast rather than 30 minutes. There was also a loud speaker ( not from Sagara Villa's ) that woke us up every day at around 6.30am. We can only assume that it was the Mosque call to prayer. As Bali is a Hindu location, we have never encountered this before and wonder why this is allowed in an area that is predominantly Hindu. This is not a reflection on the Sagara Villa's as they would have no control over this, but want to mention this as something that impacted our stay.

The pool was amazing, the room was clean and well resourced, the bathroom facilites were great. Breakfast was also wonderful, however when we asked for an American Breakfast we requested no pastries ( as we knew we couldn't fit them in and didn't want to waste them) but they came anyway.

The location was great just walk out the front and on the street. Close to beach and lots of great restaurants. Could not fault the staff all so amazing and friendly. Swimming pool great and always able to easily get a sun lounge. Rooms are huge and very roomy.

Villa with our own pool. Dining, kitchen and lounge all under cover outside. Bedroom and bathroom inside. Beautiful layout!! Also close to shops and many restaurants. And only 7min walk from beach!!! Staff were really friendly and helpful.

Rooms are a little dated. No blockout blinds made it hard to sleep in and Villa 1 location close to main pool and restaurant was noisy. No gym facility was disappointing.

Sagara is in a fantastic location, walking distance to the beach and central Sanur. This is our second stay at Sagara and we love it. The staff are amazing, the one bedroom Villa perfect and we will most definitely be back!

Cocktails were some of the best in Bali...quiet location opposite Reggae Bar which buzzed at night...I loved it. Massage was fantastic in the Spa room. Pool, clean and temperature was perfect. Loved the smiling faces of the staff and their attention. Clean all over.

It's a pity that the hotel is not situated by the sea, it's a couple-of-minutes walk from the beach.

Great spot, traditional and very clean. Fantastic staff, nice pool area and very tasty breakfast.
