Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandThe monkeys :( there are monkeys that come through the property, apparently there is an abandoned house behind so they all live there. One morning a monkey came up to a guy in the dining hall and tried to steal his food. The staff member chased him away and apologised profusely. it isn't their fault obviously but for me I was nervous of the monkeys, so felt like i couldn't quite relax here. This was the only downfall for me here. If you like monkeys though then youll love this place!
The room was huge, and the lamps were a lovely touch. The pool was so nice and big! And so nice to lounge out by the pool with the loungers! Staff were all so friendly, and there is always someone around. They really took care of the place, and cleaners came through everyday unless you said to them you didn't need it.

The beauty of the place is the garden and the pool and that it is in the very center of Ubud. The room is comfy. The owner is friendly and can help you with suggestions.

PhilippinesOur bathroom lock is broken, the AC is weak. I have to buy a universal plug since the Inn only have limited plug that they can let us use.
I like it that you can already access restaurant, laundry when you got off the hotel plus you can also see the monkey without going to the monkey forest. :D

I really liked the location, which is close to Ubud city,near by restaurants, shops, cafes etc. Good ambience and property is maintained neatly. Breakfast available on request.

AustraliaLocation on Booking.com map is not very accurate - shows property on left side of road (driving up from Monkey Forest) about 500 metres away from actual location. Sign difficult to see as it needs to be repaired. Staff not always on reception so unable to ask questions if needed.
Located close to everything you need in Jalan Monkey Forest. Nice pool area with well maintained gardens. Well presented room with fridge.

Amazing location and great staff! The staff is very friendly, very helpful, available and in high spirits. The Hotel is located in the centre of Ubud, there are great parking possibilities for the scooter, amazing swimming pool and possibilities to relax, great garden with beautiful decorations and plants, there is an own shrine. Free coffee, tea and drinking water available. There are monkeys because it's close to the monkey forest.

ThailandThe staff service mind, may not be well-trained. Overall staff walk about with no smile, no greetings. The soap and shampoo bottles are empty since the day we checked in. I asked for it on the 2nd day and got it on the 3rd day. Only the first staff I met during the check-in was great and helpful.

IndonesiaBe mindful for those who are traveling with owned car, the parking area is too far from the property and needed to be going around to pick up the rest of the family member. Other than that, everything else is pretty nice for a quick stay in Ubud.
Very nice location and fun place to stay in. Despite monkeys are all around the property, cute but naughty, however the staff was really helpful. I like the breakfast, simple yet delicious for a quick morning start. Plenty of restaurant and food choices around the area.

The garden is sooo beautiful! Even better than on pictures. The pool is amazing and opened all the time. The room was nothing special but clean. With such an amazing garden who wants to sit inside?! One day the monkeys came to the hotel and made our day, they were adorable.
