A single, horrid English-language song is on continuous loop from morning until late, day after day, in all public areas (except the breakfast area?). It is even clearly audible from within the privacy of one's own room. Apparently, this song is used at all this chain's properties, and the playing at volume is standard policy. After I checked out, I was going to have to use the hotel cafe off the lobby; however, event this area has the same song blaring, so I spent my money elsewhere. The bedside lamps are poorly designed - they are miles away from the actual bed, meaning that they can't function as reading lamps. Indeed, although the room generally has good lighting, particularly over the long desk by the window, there is absolutely no direct lighting over or close to the bed. The shower recess is also poorly designed. The water doesn't drain adequately from the shower, and the shower recess is shallow. This combination means that the bathroom floor is flooded in no time during a shower.

Excellent staff in all respects. Particularly good breakfast buffet: daily changes and always top quality. Very nice room overlooking the neighbouring leafy park (that has a running/walking track on its perimeter). Excellent rooftop infinity pool. Very good location - a few kilometres from the remains of the old centre and even closer to Little India.

Very nice hotel with extremely polite and helpful staff, spacious and clean room with a wonderful view, fully equipped bathroom and quality breakfast for every taste! Swimming pool at the terrace was a little cherry on top of the cake! Would undoubtedly recommend it.

The restaurant was small and too crowded, AC was leaking and it got our clothes wet in the luggage and never was repaired while we were there for 3 days. The toilet seat was about to fall off.

The best part was the way Mr. Raymond acknowledged my request. He gave us the best view, highest floor for New Years Eve!

Receptionists are not friendly enough, no smile and looks tired for servicing us...first early check in the receptionist promised will give room with park view frım window and then i came back from outside and try to check in again and another receptionist gave me room with view wall of neighbourhood...its really makes me disappointed and no coordination at all between them. After i complained to them and finally they gave me room with park view.

Bedsheets were very dirty, looked like 'tea' spots, you could see a dirty footprint and a lot of other dirty spots. I dont have the illusion that the sheets were changed after the previous guest. Hairs on towels. Toilet made a weird sound out of nowhere. Bloodstains and glue stains on the nightstand. Could have been better for this price. Bathroom flooded because drain was clogged. Could hear neighbours talk loud all night. Overall wouldnt recommend especially after a long journey, better choose another hotel. There was this drive in bellboy reception, he saw me struggle wiht my bag but did not help me, which was strange. Tough location for eating out. The song I believe I can fly from R. Kelly was on repeat in the hallway, kind of funny in the beginning but after hearing it through tbe door for the 30rd time it became annoying.

The beds were nice. The morning after the people at reception were really nice and the bellboy opened and closed the door for me. They make a nice pandan latte coffee in the adjacent coffeeplace near the reception.

The room was mouldy and had a window that had a wall right in front of it. Also it was quite outside the center. Would not recommend for solo (esp. female) travelers since walking around did not feel good.
