Someone forget me in aeroport, after arrival, don't taxi for pick up me . In reception my present disagree because I much pay the double of price.

Little touches could be improved, like new towels and bed linen (some of them had stains), more thorough cleaning and some soap.

Amazing staff, beautiful resort with a nice hotel, plenty of entertainment, great breakfast and comfortable rooms. I kept coming back 3 times, stayed in 3 different types of rooms and loved them all.

The road is very bumpy to the hotel so if you are not used to use a scooter this could be a problem as the hotel is quite remote. The pool was unfortunately quite dirty so we did not enjoy swimming there. The hotel reminded me of an „all inclusive resort“ with animation and shows. „Traditional“ dance at breakfast with unfortunately for us very loud music. As we were not expecting neither looking for such things this was a surprise and not really what we like. The dinner menu is quite western and I did not see one vegetarian dish on the menu. However we always ate outside so I cannot say anything about the food itself.

the streets are full of holes and in very bad condition. To leave the hotel we need to drive in this roads.

Very loud room. Unfortunately you can hear everything that happens outside. The water fountain that starts working very early was unpleasant.

Room wasn’t very clean and pool was murky and oily. Not something you can put on resort but roads leading to it are the worst.

It’s a lovely place with nice green and lush courtyard and pool area. Fantastic breakfast buffet with many options and fresh ingredients. Perfect staff but it’s a standard in Indonesia 😀

The location is far away inside of the village with a really bad road. Besides that, the Grab app is bloked from the hotel. U can't order Grab car or Taxi. It was difficult to drive somewhere. You can drive with a car from the hotel but the price is so high.

The Hotel ist nice, i love that everywhere many plants. Beautiful garden. I had a Deluxe room, it was clean & comfortable. The pool and the restaurant are lovely. Thanks to the Omlete Chef, who always makes a tasty omelet every morning 👌🏾 . Thanks to the security and cleaning room (Mas Wirawan), who was so helpful.

Everything was good compare to price for this hotel, only the part of the road , about 500 m, to the hotel is a bit bad.

The personal was so nice to all the questions we had. We moved from the hotel and left our goods there for 2 day’s . And the stuff kindly keep it for us .

The road to the hotel is a bit underdeveloped but it wasn't a train smash.

A bit out of the way, so don't expect to be able to walk anywhere. Breakfast buffet is OK. Housekeeping is at 9-10am which bothered me a few days when I wanted to sleep in.

Big rooms, great lounging area and very quiet since it's far away from any main roads. Restaurant has good selection of meals.
