unfortunately this is not a 5 star resort. The doors to the rooms do not fully close and mosquitos and other bugs were in the room. In one of the main rooms we found a lizard and a hole in the roof harbouring a rat. We called instantly to try and move rooms but there weren't any left. the bathroom was not clean and amenities were not 5 star , howevee thankfully we were able to check out the next morning and receive a refund for our stay. We were lucky enough to find a 5 star resort still available for the duration of our stay and moved there.

Location, very noisy and a bit isolated

The smell of the sewerage was horrible and made our stay quite uncomfortable. We had to keep the bathroom door closed at all times to try and keep the smell away from the bedroom and lounging area, as well as regular spraying of our perfume. There weren’t many breakfast options or the ability to custom request something simple like eggs on toast

The staff were extremely kind and pleasant. The ladies running the spa were also lovely. The pool attached the the villa was great and very private. Daily breakfast was easy and always on time

Cleaning wasn’t great . Food was always cold . Always had to chase for toilet paper . Pool was dirty . Not just leaves but actual slime . Had floating breakfast , staff told my husband about it when it was actually a surprise . Food came 30 mins late , stone cold .

They stole 360 USD cash from my wallet that I left in the Safe inside the room. They'll claim that I checked the wallet after 2 days, but I had my eyes on my wallet after check out from Samaja all the time and when I needed cash I found out I had been stolen at Samaja, Not Recommended at all.

They seemed nice but they are thieves.

there was not much sun in our pool, only 1 sunbed, toilet didn’t flush, the shower was not strong enough, poor lighting in the room.

The TVs did not work the outside looked and sounded like it was going to explode. We returned from a long day out and found our clothes we had put aside for the rest of the trip we’re completely soaked the aircon had broken and had water everywhere and all over the floor and our items We called the front of house who cam and checked we had to asked multiple times what was going to happened with our clothes and the room Telling us someone would come and fix it We waited and no one came we finally had to demand a new room as it was getting late and we were exhausted. We had to get them to wash our soaking clothes and the state some of my shirt came back in are no longer wearable Which is devastating as I had limited addition designer clothes. Front of house staff were rude most of the time which was disappointing as we had a great amount to tip at the end. They weren’t as helpful as others and the many times we had been to Bali One day we wanted to relax in the room and we had asked for a extra toilet roll and they asked for us to pay even though if we left the room they would have made it up and given us a new 1 toilet roll.
