Stayed at Sanata Luxury Villa Canggu for 6 nights and it was quite an experience. The staff were absolutely amazing - friendly, accommodating, and always ready to help. The villa itself was spotless, with thorough daily cleaning including the private pool, which was incredibly relaxing. Fresh towels and bedding daily were a nice touch. However, the kitchen lacked some amenities like extra cooking pots, fry pans, and a microwave. The air conditioning worked well, but the TV was outdated and not a smart TV, which could use an upgrade. Breakfast was decent with fresh fruit and juice, but as an Italian, the lack of quality coffee was a letdown. The villa's location was peaceful, away from main roads, minimizing traffic noise. However, external factors like poor road conditions, ongoing construction, and expensive restaurants were downsides. It made day trips challenging due to early starts and finding authentic local cuisine was difficult amidst the tourist-oriented eateries. Overall, while the villa itself was lovely, external factors impacted the overall experience.

The staff really made the stay special, they were super friendly and helpful. They work really hard and make you feel special. We really appreciated the little things such as making our bed ready for nighttime and waiting outside and talking with us whilst we waited for our taxi. We also really appreciated the additional services such as pool decoration and floating breakfast. The flowers in the pool looked amazing

There were a few bugs (mosquitos, ants, and millipedes) around the pool/villa but the staff were helpful in spraying most evenings.

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the room so much that we didn’t want to leave and spent a a lot of time relaxing in and by the pool. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. You can even rent a motorbike from the villa which was extremely convenient. We really enjoyed the breakfast (optional extra) which was delicious every time. Overall, we had a great stay at Sanata Villa and would return 100%.

For that price, you'd expect a smart TV or at least a chromecast/HDMI cable, but they had a very old one. Also the pool lights didn't work most of my stay. The breakfast was waaaaay below standards, didn't eat most of it.

The kitchen is not well equipped at all, hardly enough cutlery and plates for two, one small pan for cooking but no saucepans or bowls or any basics… The breakfast was average, we had much better and fresher at other places we stayed at in Bali.

Just like on the photos. Beautiful facilities, comfy bed, great pool and hot tub outside, air conditioning too. Good location, walking distance from restaurants and shops.Most importantly, absolutely amazing staff : so attentive and kind, helpful and respectful.

There was nothing we didn’t like. The bath takes some time to fill so don’t rely to heavily on that.

A beautiful villa, perfect romantic setting away from the business of canggu, easy to travel in and out for beach bars, restaurants and everything you need in local area. The pool and villa was kept clean, staff were lovely and supportive, all very safe and secure. Would highly recommend to all.

Amazing stay in Sanata Villas. The staff were so friendly and attentive. The location was quiet and peaceful but just a short walk away from the lovely Copenhagen for breakfast. Would recommend to everyone. 😊

the walk down from the main road is quite bumpy and quiet at night

Clean and well kept, the villa was very comfortable and spacious for a couple, and also private as it was off the main road from Canggu which can be very busy. They also serve breakfast in the villa every morning which was a nice touch and it was great to dip into the private pool whenever we wanted

We loved the bed it was super comfortable and also the swimming pool. We will miss our morning and evening swims! Great location, quiet area but not far to walk to reach the centre of everything. Staff were so friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay again! Also loved the decorations and fruit plate for the night my boyfriend arrived.

For us there were a lot of bugs (spiders etc.) but we know this is hard to combat as it is Bali and comes with the territory. As previously mentioned staff did go around in the evenings to spray and change repellant vaporisers. It was maybe just a culture shock for us more than the property’s issue. Also the only little thing, we would have liked the towels to be changed more during our stay.

Loved the staff here they were so friendly and helpful, especially the night manager. He came to the villa every evening to spray for bugs, turn down the duvet and get our order for breakfast. He helped us with laundry and gave us an unexpected fruit platter that was very welcome. A man who is very good at what he does and cares about the guests. The villa itself is very well laid out and spacious. Of course the pool is a highlight and cleaned regularly. The location was excellent for what we wanted. It was away from the late night partying but close enough from the main things to do in Canggu (only 5 mins on a scooter to restaurants, beach clubs, shopping ect.) We would stay again.

the adress was a little bit hard to find through apple maps but our driver helped us find it! dont let this stop you from booking this villa tho!!

the staff are sooo nice!!! they always greeted us warmly and always made sure we had everything we needed. the villas are really secluded and everything we wanted to see/do in canggu was in a walkable distance for us! we really enjoyed the pool! The area feels very safe.

The villa is amazing! Super clean modern looking with a nice private pool. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and accommodating going above and beyond to make you feel at home. Location is good close to many cafes and amenities in Canggu. Would definitely stay there again.

IT WAS SIMPLY AMAZING! Everything was perfect, awesome location, beautiful room with the pool, every morning and every night we took a nice swim in our private pool. The breakfast was so jummy, they always served it in the room and we had the pest fried noodles for breakfast every day. The staff was so friendly, they did everything for us. They also decorated the bed very nicely and with flowers, as I have told them, that we are on our engagement travel. Also late check in was not a problem for them and they have waited for us. If you wanna rent a scooter, just ask at the reception and they will call someone to bring a scooter to the hotel and also pick it up again. Our stay in Sanata Luxury Villa was perfect and we would definitely come back again and also recommend it to our friends and other people! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING!

We stayed here for 6 nights, the staff were incredible & super attentive. The villa was a good size, clean & the bed was super comfy! The location is ok, you’ll likely need a scooter to get around as a bit of a walk to most places. It was my birthday and the staff organised brought me a cake with our breakfast which was super sweet & thoughtful. We had a great stay & highly recommend.

Only thing to consider is that there is very noisy on daytime due the construction. But we didn’t spend much time during day there so it didn’t bother us. Also not for people who likes to sleep longer 😃

We loved the clean room with pool, and room was very lovely luxury feeling! Service was excellent as well! Bed was really good to sleep and there was a lot of space in room + excellent big bathroom.
