The host was weary helpful and friendly. He gave us tips on where to go to see the best tourist sites and when to go there to avoid the most traffic. I would highly recommend to book this bungalow if you want to get the most out of your trip to Nusa Penida.

I'd recommend some deep clean in the bathroom.

Santhi Guna Bungalow is a cozy, quiet and clean place close to everything in Nusa Penida. It's the perfect place to recharge your internal battery after a day exploring Nusa Penida. Staff is very friendly and always willing to help you. The room is big, bed is comfortable and the bathroom has hot water.

It is near a mosque. That means from 4am on you hear the muezzin singing via the loudspeaker of the mosque. And the prayers last really looooong. So no sleep from 4am on. But of course this is not the fault of the host 🤷🏼‍♀️

Great value for the money you pay. If you want they clean your room every day. Super nice host!

We stayed here as a couple and had an amazing time. The host was unbelievably helpful, offering reasonably priced scooters, helping plan our activities for the day (how long it takes to scoot to each beach ect) and was able to book our transport and snorkeling tours at a discount which were absolutely amazing. The rooms are spacious, clean and amazinga value with a comfy bed, good water pressure, balcony and AC. The location is close to the main road, about a 5-minute walk down a dirt path that gets muddy when it rains and has no lights. As with most of this island though renting a scooter was quite important to get around which made the dirt road not a problem.. Overall I highly recommend staying here, the host will really make sure you make the most of your time if you want to do activities. Definitely do the manta snorkeling tour and rent a scooter if you have prior experience on them!

The bungalow is great, confortable and in a good location. The owner family are really kind with all the Guests. For us, they help to book a tiquet, have a good price in a snorkeling and some transport services. Really recommend this place, all was better than expected.

The host is really kind, Kadek helped us with planning the boat and explained about the local traditions. Also his mother’s breakfast was delicious. We would definitively recommend staying in this cute bungalow with good AC & shower. Very good value for money!

The only little thing is that we rented a scooter and it was bad (no breaks, the wheel not working properly, little dangerous). Probably they don't maintain them a lot. So for a scooter either you try it first to check it works properly or you go somewhere else.

Excellent location! Family running the place is very nice. Big rooms, aircon, big showers, comfy beds, super good in our opinion! They did laundry for us (20K kilo) and it came next morning super fast! Breakfast is 25K in case you were interested. Overall, very good!

It would have been nice to have a mosquito net or repellent in the room.

Great value for money in the perfect location to explore Nusa Penida for a short stay. AC worked well and the room was really comfortable. Very friendly staff keen to help organise activities for us. Would definitely recommend.

The lady host was very friendly and very accommodating. The location is pretty central, close to shops and eatery as well as within rideable distance to Crystal Bay. The location of the accommodation is next to a community place and during our stay there, they played beautiful Balinese gamelan rehearsal. We enjoyed our stay there. Thank you for having us 🥰

The bungalows are clean, well mantained and located few minutes away from the harbour, restaurants and cafes. They also offer the possibility of renting motorbikes and tours. The owner was incredibly nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there and totally recommend it!
