The toilet can be slightly cleaner. The space below the sink was not cleaned properly.

The ambience is nice and it is clean. Breakfast buffet was really good. A lot of choices.

The room we had was at the front of the building so there was constant road noise. While it wasn't too much of an issue I think it's worth mentioning as other people may find it an issue. The only other minor issue is the hotel information showed laundry as 40,000 but the desk said it was 50,000 and that the info is wrong. Why is it still showing as 40 if it is wrong.

The breakfast was amazing, very good variety. My son is a fussy eater but he had no problem selecting something to eat here. Staff were friendly and helpful. While it is a little dated I wouldn't hesitate in staying here again. Overall we are very happy with staying at this hotel.

The room is spacious, but the bathroom is not working really well. You need to wait about 10 minutes for the hot shower, and even in my room (367), the raining shower doesn't work. And also, the swimming pool is dirty. I stayed three days, but some trash from day 1 is still on the floor of the kids pool. It seems that there is no daily cleaning of the pool. The breakfast is fair enough, with various selections of Indonesian food. But for western tastes, it will be quite difficult. There is no sausage and no potatoes (wedges, fries, or even mashed) available. But thankfully, you can order several kinds of egg-based menus at the live cooking stall.

The location is fantastic. It's in the city center and near shopping malls and restaurants. However, the crowd from the mall's employees is sometimes causing traffic before entering the hotel's gate (their motorcycle parking is in front of the hotel entrance, so it will challenge your driving skills). The staff is great; they will help you with anything that you need during your stay. However, the parking lot is limited; it will be first come, first served. But in the basement parking area, there are some birds nesting in the ceiling, so don't be surprised if, in the morning, your car will be colored by the bird's poop!

Management could consider refreshing the hotel because it looks old, especially the elevator.There's only 1 floor towel and it's small, very dangerous if you slip. The fried noodles are not delicious, too sweet and a little hard for children.

The location is in the city center, very close to pharmacies, shopping centers and hospitals. The swimming pool is still in a well-maintained condition. The drinking water provided is enough for 1 day.

The hotel staff were beyond expectation helpful, serving, etc. in hospitaliy. The food taste and range were good and value for money, including local food.

Since it's an old building, some upgrade might be required especially for elevator, swimming pool changing room. The breakfast also could be better.

Room is spacious, bed is comfy, bathroom clean with good preasure of water (warm n cold). Nice swimming pool, good for hang out with kids. Walking distance to Bandung Indah Plaza and Riau Junction shopping mall.

The noise level could be better but dependent on which end of the hotel due to street noise all night

Staff were super nice and almost all spoke English. Hotel is very clean and the pool is clean and not crowded.

During breakfast, the smokers could smoke near the restaurant so feel not comfortable. Hope in the future, smoking inside the hotel can be avoided.

breakfast variation is not much and taste is just ok need to fix the shower (the handle is not working) and the placement of the electricity plug was covered by the bed (can not be used/ access)
