The hotel location is quite strategic, close to Sanur Harbor, the rooms are clean, the AC is quite cold, the hotel parking is quite spacious.

It is run down, older style. The bed was adequate. The road at the front is very busy so not easy to walk anywhere. The swimming pool was green and cloudy not like the blue in the photos. It was fine for one night but I wouldn't stay longer.

Booked for one night prior to travel to Nusa Lembongan. It is very close to Sanur harbour which is great. The staff arranged airport pickup and helped with our big bags. The rooms had air con and hot shower.

Rooms run down. Toilet needed a good scrubbing, same with vanity basin area. Couldn’t find a tv channel in English. 4 lane highway extremely busy outside and no footpaths at all on either side of the road. Very dangerous walking along parked cars with motor bikes, trucks, buses and cars etc wizzing past. All this not obvious when researching the hotel. Poor choices of places around there to eat at as well. Photos of rooms need updating to show people the true picture. Noisy Airconditioning but at least it was efficient. Stairs only - no lifts or offer of help to carry suitcase upstairs. Surely 70 year old ladies travelling alone could be helped?

What breakfast? Wasn’t told about it. My room was in a Quiet part of the hotel, comfy bed, friendly staff. Rooms were serviced each day.

Toilets are interconnected if someone is smoking in another room your toilet and whole room will start stinking.Flush was broken it was fixed but again broken .I will not recommend

It appeared that staff were partying throughout the night by the pool, it was very loud and this affected our sleep. The room was very small and compact. Not really suitable for 3 adults. The bathroom had a bad smell and the air con rattled quite heavily.

The first impression of the room was very bad.

The double deluxe room we booked was too dirty and the flush wasn't working properly so we complained and they upgraded us to another bigger and cleaner room.

Receptionist was not approachable .We came straight after the flight to this hotel as it was the closest to the harbour, i thought ill just come and pay in the hotel straightaway for one night as we were late for the boat. But the price the receptionist mentioned was almost 100000 more than in booking.com.So i've connected to internet and booked it.Then i wanted to pay by card ,but she said my card is not accepted by machine ,so i've showed her that she needs to put amount and then i need to put my pin code.I've felt not welcomed at all.It was really dark in the room also

The room wasn't very clean, there was a lizard running around one of the walls when we first entered. People pass just outside the window which you can get used to but it lacks in privacy.

Paid for two single beds and the receptionist initially got confused and gave us a double bed, then upon pointing this out she promptly changed the room. Room was small but that comes with the cheap price.

Was what I expected

A comfortable small hotel with fairly basic facilities. We picked this hotel as it was very close to the harbour. We were only in Sanur for the night and had a fast boat early in the morning.

AC didn't work. The car park was full. The staff woke us up at 5 am to move our car. No additional water because the AC didn't work. I love a budget hotel but this was a terrible experience.
