More items could have been provided in the kitchenette with limited cooking equipment and cutlery/glassware for the amount of people in our room. Bathrooms were very dated.

Lovely apartment, great choice of breakfast, the grounds, pools and kids club were all excellent. Everywhere was clean and tidy. Theres a shuttle service to the beach or its walkable in 15-20mins. Just a short walk to nearby shops, cafes, restaurants and to the main/busier street. Everything you need for a family holiday. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Various happy hour promotions during the day and regular family movie nights. Thank you for the birthday cake, we look forward to our next stay

Nothing very happy

Staff were sensational, especially the staff in the kid’s club. Everyone was so friendly & helpful. Kid’s club kept our tribe busy for hours and pool and facilities were perfect for families.

The air-conditioning in our bedroom was broken. It made alot of noise and did not cool the air properly.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Rooms were large and enough space for our family. Nicely cleaned everyday.

Not much ventilation in the bathrooms which creates a smell. The cleaner fixed it and we left the light and fan on all night to get rid of the smell. It would be nice to open the windows from the bedrooms but they were bolted closed. Food portions were a bit small for the price.

The facilities are fabulous. My children loved kids club and the large pool. Breakfast is a buffet breakfast and there is lots of choice. We stayed in the two bedroom apartment which was very spacious. I love using the gym and the food was nice at the restaurant.

Only a small gripe as we had a wonderful time. We had two showers in our apartment which was great but the water flow and temperature of both was a total gamble, never knew what your were going to get!

We stayed here for 5 nights at the end of our travels and it’s was a wonderful way to finish our trip. We have two small children and the hotel was a dream for them. They had so much fun in the pools/water slide & kids club. The kids club is really great, they do around 4 specific activities a day, from face painting to origami. The outdoor cinema was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful but not intrusive or pushy. The hotel restaurant also had a full gluten free menu which was amazing for us as one of us can’t eat wheat. We had problems with printing out our booking passes for our flight and the hotel reception staff helped us out. Just an overall great experience, thank you.

Very Family-friendly hotel with lots of things to do with kids. Sraff is very friendly and nice to kids. We rented bicycles not far from the hotel. Like this we could reach the beach side within very short time. Also to ride along the beach promenade is nice and so you can see a lot.

The room location itself, an apartment was right by the lifts so not much natural light as the windows looked into the foyer of the elevators, not out onto any view, so it was pretty dark inside.

The breakfast was great, with a good selection. The pools and activities for kids were awesome. The location was fine in terms of close to good restaurants like naughty nuri's etc.

Only issue is the staff serve you your food and then want the bill paying there and then! Can’t eat your food or check your happy with it without the bill being given? They take your room number so surely they can ask to pay at the end?

A little too far for kids to walk to beach/restaurants, especially in humidity. But we got Grab cars to collect us and drop us off - super cheap.

You get what you pay for. The rooms are massive but tired - the air-conditioning was a bit clunky and the hot water 'mild' at the most. There's been some renovations but they're dating now and odd bod bits added to the rooms. The shower has curtains so the bathrooms can get a bit wet and messy.

Beautiful grounds, lovely friendly staff, and a great breakfast buffet! We had to move rooms due to a leak but the staff were great. The back gate made for an easy walk onto the main street with great little warungs. The kids' club is really just a play area, but ours enjoyed it, and they loved the waterside. Reasonable proced braiding and nails as well, which is located in the kids area. A few nights they had outdoor movies, which was a great touch! It was somewhat quiet when we were there, so it was very peaceful, plenty of sun lounges and quick service. Peaceful, a true Bali feel. HUGE rooms - Big water-cooler in the room which was welcomed. Immaculately maintained and a bargain price.

The people in the room suite above us where continually banging on the floor day and night (assuming kids running jumping etc. for hours on end.) It was disturbing and annoying during the day and made sleeping difficult at night. When politely approached about the noise, their response was to "up the anti." Fortunately it is rare to come across such rude people at this property.

Prime Plaza Suites is consistently good across the board. The suites are very spacious and well appointed. Pools and water slide are great for kids as is the kids club. Breakfast is excellent and all the staff very polite and helpful.

Location not the best, but just a short walk out the back down to the Main Street. Didn’t like using the laundry service, they charge per item and changed the sheet to overcharge. Also didn’t like the taxi counter, felt like I had use them even though it was cheaper to use a grab. Tried to use own laundry service and they wouldn’t let them in the gate, had to leave my clothes at security. Didn’t like no option to sign in for kids club.

The hotel no longer has buffet dinners and shows. We were there for 31/2 weeks only had live music twice. They just turn the music up at the bar now. No atmosphere. Very limited menu.

Can’t fault the hotel for the money we paid. If I had to choose something I’d say I’ve stayed places with better choice of food at breakfast but, for the size of the hotel it was plenty good enough.

The slide in the kids area (not just for kids) was fantastic, the service - staff were absolutely amazing. Food and drinks great value for money. Pool loads of fun with the basketball hoops/volleyball ball net but not so hectic that you couldn’t also chill and relax. Short walk out the back door to get to restaurants and shops. The staff made a fuss over my daughter for her birthday which was so lovely - found out she likes hash browns and made them especially for her for breakfast the next day!! Could not compliment all the staff there enough.
