Drinks way too expensive not enough variety towels not replaced nor were room bins emptied the pet rooster and dog were extremely noisy

Room air-conditioned was stuck on Antarctic. Most sun beds are in the shallow water, I nice design but rather impractical. I use an ebook and was paranoid about dropping it in the water. (Perhaps a small point)

Great big pool, nice temperature. Comfortable rooms. Fast WiFi. Fast lifts, top location. Has a gym although very small, you can do a decent workout

Wifi was intermittent. The toilet in 8180 was sideways so difficult to put feet either side and impossible to have them in front.

The staff are wonderful, at all levels, in all respects. Breakfast was delicious. We enjoy the western and Asian selection. Welcome drink was perfect. Love the pool. Our room was beautifully clean. The bed very comfortable and good linen. The location is perfect for us.

No toilet block outside next to the pool. You had to walk through the restaurant or reception to go to the toilet in wet clothes. This could be 80 metres if you were near the middle of the pool area. Bar service around the pool was non existent, staff stayed around the bar not wanting to leave the area.

Nice pool area. Location to shops and restaurants . Friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful.

Toilet weak flushing. Air conditioning was too strong on the low setting. Reception called us at 8.45pm when we were in bed asking if we needed a wake up call. Everyone has a mobile phone with an alarm. Forget about wake up calls. Hotel is aging and not as nice as photos on booking.com Too many Balinese hanging around outside the hotel asking guests if they want a taxi, massage, dinner, tour, or something else. This was very annoying.

Swimming pool is excellent. Breakfast is excellent. Wirik (staff) was very helpful at breakfast. Many restaurants and shops up and down the road.

Weird pool access rooms on ground floor kind of block off ability to walk easily about the pool and access is a little annoying in places as a result. Not a deal breaker but worth noting. Floor tiles in walkway areas get very slippery.

Great location. 10min walk to beach and walk to so many shops and facilities just down the street. Very large resort with excellent facilities. Does feel like it very much caters to the Asian and Indian clientele. Evidenced by their extensive breakkie menu! Breakkie did not disappoint! Huge and so very many options. 👏 Rooms were huge and super clean. Big balcony overlooking the pool area. Swim up pool bar. Huge pool area. We only had a one night stay but would return.

The people in the next room turned into a pack of baby goats around 11 pm every night yelling, fighting, and crying, slamming doors, and generaly being out of control brats

It was noisy throughout the evening and overnight with children running up and down the corridor and people slamming the doors and talking really loudly also our towels wernt changed everyday even though they where dirty and wet from mopping up after the shower as the water spills out from under the screen door

Old and run down. Toilet wouldn’t flush properly and leaked, water leaking through roof, sink wouldn’t drain properly. Had to keep asking to get looked at but wouldn’t fix it. Fire alarms went off in the middle of the night. Rooms weren’t cleaned very well and never gave toilet paper always had to ask for toilet paper and towels. Baby cot was broken on one side and had holes in the netting.

Very tired building and in need of a refurb.. change of ownership maybe reason behind some issues but not many staff around pool etc.

The pool closes early, didn’t get to swim. A friend of mine we book the same room but hers was twice the size of mine in bathroom and room, it even had a larger balcony with the Jacuzzi and sitting area. Mine does not, it was half the size of hers. The room was small for the price I paid, bathroom was even worst. The view from the balcony was awful, as we get in the jacuzzi, some people from outside their house kept staring at us the whole time. The drinks are very expensive, especially alcohol and beer, you paid three times the price outside. The food is okay, not all that great because the variety is small. I wouldn’t come stay here again.

It has elevator and easy to navigate the building. The AC is Cold all day.
