It would be nice if breakfast was included, or if the restaurant was open early to buy breakfast.

We stayed in the deluxe suite which was perfect for a family. A huge double bed and two cute little sofa beds for the kids, they loved the bath tub and the huge TV. The room is on the top of the building so you get a view of Kuta town and the location is great for those who want to be in the centre of it all.

Nothing at all!

I left a review a month ago after our first stay here - we liked it so much the first time that we returned 2 more times after trips around the island! The staff are lovely and very helpful if you need anything. We were very comfortable in our room, everything was spotless and the location was handy for the beach and shopping centre. We were even upgraded to the pent house which was beautiful and felt very luxurious. We would definitely return next time we are in Bali.

the room was on 4th floor, no elevator, stairs a bit small. It’s not an easy ride. And they don’t serve breakfast. The distance to the beach longer than expected

we had the deluxe suite and it was amaizing. very beautiful, with two functional and silent aircons. they offer room service but no breakfast, open after 2pm.

It's just located on a narrow street so you just have to plan accordingly if you're using a car or taxi to get into the stay.

We loved our suite room because just from the doors and inside has Bali feels. We always go back from our trips in a clean room. Also, the staff were very helpful and friendly and they checked us in early when it was possible.

If you're noise sensitive, you will struggle to sleep. It is located on top of a bar and the rooms facing the road are the noisiest. Music didnt last for long but it would come in at random times from 9pm onwards, sounded like kareoke or live bands. We stayed for one night but i couldn't see any information anywhere that states this property is located atop a bar hence this review.

Room decor is a different vibe, when I checked in the toilet hadn't been cleaned yet so I told them and they had someone promptly clean it

We booked at very short notice and the staff were so friendly and welcoming, they even took our bags up for us when our room was ready. Rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable, and nice that each one is unique! Felt so happy and at home here 😊

What an amazing find! The location of the hotel is 10-15 mins from Kuta beach with lots of shops nearby. The staff were so helpful and friendly and readily available. The room was spotless with daily housekeeping. Air conditioning worked well and internet connection was great - we were able to do video calls without any problems. The room even has a Smart TV with Netflix/YouTube/Prime TV for those rainy monsoon afternoons. Very comfortable bed with chargers at the bedside, and the sound proofing was very good. We couldn’t hear the neighbours. Cannot fault it!

Room was very clean as well as the balcony area, hotel provided housekeeping everyday. All the staffs was very friendly. I requested a quiet room and was given the last room at the end of the corridor which was great. There was a small garden in front of the room and a garden hose which was handy for washing my diving gears. There is spa across the road that owns by the hotel. Keep up the cleanliness and excellent service. I will surely stay there again.

Very nice recently renovated Hotel. Lovely staff! Good restaurant on the ground floor. Cosy and comfortable rooms. Great location. 10/10 will stay again and can highly recommend.

Great location with quick walking access to tons of restaurants, beach, shopping and nightlife. Rooms are very nice, well stocked and uniquely designed. Staff was very helpful with taxi. Restaurant is very affordable.

Everything was perfect. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, e.g. let us checkout late. We rented a motorbike via this hotel for much better price than in the rentals around (80k/day). The room was perfectly clean, nicely decorated, AC working properly, the most comfortable bed with proper blanket after 1month traveling in Indonesia. Western style bathroom, meaning separated shower (also a rare occurrence). A hairdryer, fridge, electric kettle, free tea and instant coffee in the room, water tank for free refills in the hall. Incredible value for money.
