The room was pretty dirty, with stains all over the sink and ants everywhere. The aircon made the room smell very chemically for some reason. I would not pay for the breakfast here as the restaurant is very lacking, and there are literally only 8 sun loungers which is not enough. I don't think it's worth the money paid to be honest.

It's okay. The villas are fairly spacious with a good terrace on the front, the pool is nice and big and it's super close to the beach with beautiful views.

Everything! The room is massive, clean. The bed is comfortable. The water for shower is perfectly good after walking around or snorkeling. The staff is so friendly. They gave me a surprise birthday cake and it was delicious!!

This a real oasis in Amed. The room was exceptional. It was large, clean with a really comfortable bed. . The food in the restaurant was fantastic and great value and the staff were so kind. If you can afford it definitely go for the rooms with the pool and sea view!

The hotel impressed us at a glance, a very beautiful well-maintained territory, with blooming trees. Everything is clean and accurate. The swimming pool was perfect, we liked that the water was warm. The rooms are clean, modern and comfortable with nice view of the sea or the garden. Although there are lots of boats along Amed beach, there are none in front of Seamount, so nothing prevents you from enjoying the sea. The food at the restaurant was delicious, all the staff are friendly and smiling. Seamount Hotel, thank you for our happy holidays!

Breakfast was good on first day when ordered from menu. The next 3 days when they had more guests they put out a pretty poor buffet. The staff on breakfast were nice enough to cook us what we wanted from the menu. but only because we asked. Thankyou to breakfast staff, but management need to better on breakfast. Also the fridge in room is useless. It will get things slightly cool only. No good for beer or drinks. Management know about this but do nothing about it. Stayed here last year and was the same then.

Have stayed here before so was happy to return.

The bed was one of the hardest I've ever had in all my travels to Bali. I did ask for mattress topper but they brought me another dooner and placed that over the mattress which didn't make much difference. I folded the dooner and another rug in the room to place on the bed to try and make more comfortable. The fridge was not a fridge but one of those cool boxes however there was nothing cool about it. They swapped it out for another but this was exactly the same and other guests said the same thing. I ended up getting ice twice a day from the restaurant in a container and keeping my fresh milk and cold drinks in that. It was actually cooler to keep it on the bench in the AC room rather than in the cool box which was hotter. Breakfasts if they were the buffet were very average however one one day they did have the a-la-carte menu option available and that was much nicer choice to have fresh cooked eggs.

I had a Deluxe Double Room with Sea View - it was a huge room with heaps of cupboards to unpack fully with wonderful views of the gardens and overlooking the ocean right from my bed. The views during the day from the pool of Mt Agung and the sunsets from the beach were just stunning. The location of the Seamount Hotel was perfect with many Warungs on the beach front next door or out in the street. Opposite the entrance is an Indomart with auto teller machine inside. Laundry services, scooter hire, drivers, massage shops all located in the street within walking distance. Staff at hotel were just lovely and very accommodating.

The location was great, just down an internal driveway where it was very quiet away from the street. The hotel is on the waterfront but the large swimming pool meant I didn’t spend much time at the beach. My villa was very clean and spacious. It was a short walk to the warungs, and the hotel is opposite a mini mart with an ATM inside.

The beds only had two pillows for a California king bed. Would've made our sleep a lot more comfortable if there were atleast four pillows.

The rooms are spacious and nice. Plenty of room for our babies to play around. The pool facilities and restaurant were great too.

The only slight negative is that there could be more beds in relation to the amount of rooms. Also there is not always enough shade for them as the parasols are not moveable. Could be an idea to place a few around on the grassy area

There were no sea view rooms available, when we booked, so we stayed in a garden view room, which was absolutely fine, very big, light and modern, with a dressing area, kettle and fridge. The pool was massive and clean, and the hotel is right on the beach - the views at breakfast and sitting around the pool during the day are great with the view of Mount Agung as a backdrop. Also great sunsets. Before staying we had read some negative reviews about cleanliness of the rooms, old bedding, flies in the bathroom, breakfast quality, etc - but we can honestly say that we encountered none of these problems during our 4 night stay. Our room was immaculate, fresh smelling with very comfortable and clean bed linen - in fact, we could find no negatives at all and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We cannot comment on evening meals, as we ate at the local warungs, which were much cheaper, but we found the a la carte breakfast menu (there was no buffet whilst we were there) to be varied and tasty. Amed itself is very spread out, but this location, we feel, is perfectly placed for some really good bars and warungs, just a few minutes walk away. The best bar along the beach, Reggae Bar, is next door and this section of beach is free of fishing boats. It is only a 15 minute walk to Jemeluk Bay. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and feel that it is very good for the price.

Be mindful that there is a temple and cemetery next door so it can be quite loud and some smoke pollution when there is a ngaben ceremony.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at seamount, close to great restaurants and snorkelling, the amenities were good, aircon nice and cold, restaurant was good enough and relatively quiet. View of mt Agung was amazing.
