The staff were amazing, very helpful and always had a smile. Bella and the staff at reception were really helpful with a small issue we had with the TV. The rooftop pool bar was amazing and the staff couldn’t do enough to make you feel comfortable and would always greet you with a smile. Breakfast at the cafe downstairs was separately owned and managed but was really nice spending time there in the morning. The staff were also really helpful and professional.

This is supposed to be a new property but the villa had a few issues with it. There was a blocked toilet and a shower that flooded which meant the water came through to the bedroom. The staff were great and moved us to another villa the next day. This was exactly the same but no issues however it didn’t seem brand new either. As they hadn’t opened fully yet, they were still teething issues. There is a coffee machine with pods in the villa but no tea.

The property is a hotel with villas which was great, having all the hotel facilities available when travelling with kids is great.these are all 3 storey villas with a bedroom at each level. Excellent gym facilities.

Very stylish, big rooms, excellent pool area. We bought 3 days from booking but stayed for 5 more days because we really liked the hotel. We spent 3 days in the hotel’s pool area. There were some comments about daybeds being extra but it’s not correct now. We didn’t pay anthing for the daybeds and the pool area is very comfortable. We tried one of the restaurant in the hotel which is A la folie and the food was great. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and want to come here again in next years. The staff is very nice and always trying to help you. The location is great i think you can walk to some cafes, beach clubs and the hotel have a buggy ready for you to use.

We loved everything about this property. The villa was amazing, the staff did everything to make us feel comfortable, the little hotel buggy drives you to nearby restaurants, supermarkets or clubs. We loved everything and would have loved to stay longer. We will definitely come back.

Having to pay to use a sunbed. When I told reception upon checking out, they said I could use the chairs for free but I was not told this when I went up to the pool. The chairs are not directly next to the pool.

The rooms were SUPER clean and MASSIVE. Very functional kitchen and plenty of space to work in the loft whilst being totally seperate from your bedroom. Lots of light. Did a great job of my laundry and fast response via WhatsApp with reception. Loved being able to go to the gym and order coffee at reception too.

Secana Beachtown was one of the best properties I’ve stayed in Bali, and I’ve been coming for 10 years. The property is set up nicely you almost feel like a resident of Bali. Lot of useful properties on site - restaurants, gym, spa, coworking space. Would definitely stay there again. To top it off, location was steps from the beach and walking distance to main commercial area in Canggu.

As other have commented, there is a sewage smell that comes up through the toilets and kitchen sink. Room 1 is closest to the road and there’s a fair bit of traffic noise - I recommend asking for a room further back. In terms of location, the roads around the complex aren’t too busy but the drains are exposed and the smell is pretty awful.

A luxury stay to finish our visit to Bali. The Loft rooms are exactly as pictured. Large, comfortable bed upstairs where you’ll also find a walk in shower, vanity and toilet. Plenty of storage cupboards etc. Downstairs has a comfortable lounge, dining and kitchenette. Along with a second toilet. An expanse of windows brings in a lot of natural light. The restaurant on-site has a variety of options and opens early for breakfast. Great coffee!!! Quick walk to the beach through roads that aren’t too busy. There are also a number of other restaurants, convenience stores and other shops within a 10-15min walk. Staff are very attentive and we were well looked after.

Amazing stay, stunning facilities, service was impeccable, they all go above and beyond for your every need. Stayed in the loft and the villa, both absolutely incredible. So much attention to detail. Modern, new, clean, luxurious, strong air con, plenty of storage, filtered water machines. Plenty of scooter parking, onsite security. Beds and pillows were like literal clouds. Everything looks BETTER than their photos in real life. Fantastic free access to full sized gym and recovery room, stunning A La Folie rooftop bar and restaurant with beach club style pool and lounges and ocean views, as well as Attiko japanese fusion restaurant (amazing food). Great breakfast cafe Beachtown Grocer onsite also. M Mart a minute down the road. On a quiet street but only a couple minutes to the hustle and bustle of town, restaurants & beach. Great location. Highly recommend and will be staying here every time we’re in Canggu!

WOW, everything was amazing, brand new hotel with gym, 3 restaurants in the same building. Beautiful comfortable room with palm tree view. Ocean is just 150 m form hotel. 100% perfect.
