the warungs next door keep lightening fire to burn stuff and sometime the smell of plastic is irritating when on the beach. Also a bit too much flies, something that could be dealt with.

Location is great, with the restaurant by the beach and good shade from trees for kids. Great staff, very welcoming and they do a great job. The view from the villa is stunning.

Sempiak Seaside Resort is really the beating heart of Selong Belanak. The hosts Fathur and Rox are amazing and their whole team welcoming and always attentive. If you looking for the wow factor and some chill time look no further! The panoramic views from the bungalows is spectacular, the food at their restaurant simply moreish and the beach and surf perfect for your morning strolls, jog or a dip in the Indian Ocean. We will definately be back. Thanks Team Sempiak for making our trip unforgettable:)

Enjoyable stay at Sempiak Villas with my family. Nice villas (we stayed at Villa Kenari), clean and not too crowded beach, good restaurant (especially the ice cream), polite and friendly staff. Also the spa was great. My kids loved the monkeys around the well maintained property. Service overall was excellent. Beach club was definitely a big plus. We also booked a snorkeling tour with a private boat and it was very well organized with a boat in excellent condition. Scooters were also arranged on request as was everything else we needed.

Location, it's near to the airport. The place has lots of beautiful views, totally mesmerising. Breakfast is awesome ... Vegan sourdough bread with avocado spread is yummy. Staff is friendly and this place is animal friendly .. petting the resident cats is very therapeutic.

This is the most beautiful spot you can stay for swimming & surfing. Forget the crowds & chaos of Kuta. There is still a beautiful vibe here, still atmosphere, but chilled & calm. You feel like you are in paradise, and it's not overcrowded. The staff here at this villa really spoil you with their attention. The staff that work on keeping the grounds tidy were so sweet - they played football with my son for hours. Look out for the very first surf school on your left after leaving the villas restaurant- Kas & his brother will give you surf lessons filled with fun & knowledge. They also take you out on a boat to catch the bigger waves at different locations. These villas are stunning Clean Private & the views are beautiful The pool outstanding 👌 Breakfast delicious. This is paradise & we will be back. Do not hesitate booking this perfect accommodation in the perfect location. Just 45 minutes from the airport too..

Nothing negative at all. Our expectations were exceeded by what we experienced.

The resort was beautiful. We stayed at the Kollo Villa s the view from it was picture postcard and the villa itself was spacious and immaculate. The whole resort is so well kept and the staff at the resort were so helpful and friendly. The cuisine at the restaurant was super quality. Nothing negative to say. From the moment we entered the resort we knew it was going to be something special. Had the romantic dinner and it was well above and beyond our expectations. We will never forget it and we plan to go there again early next year.

We liked everything. Nothing to complain. Do pay attention that this property is in the nature and you might need to walk by harmless monkeys or geckos which is quite common i would say.

The property is directly at the water with its own beach beds. A restaurant is directly at the beach and serves good quality food. Sunset from this restaurant is amazing and must do. Staff are amazingly nice and helpful. There is a gym, massage and a pool with good view.

We stayed in Villa Kenari, the view and the pool are amazing. The villa is huge, luxurious and tasteful. The staff is extremely friendly. The beach is wonderfu (fine sand, no rocks) and good for surf beginners and swimmers.

From check-in till check-out we enjoyed our stay in beautiful Villa Kolo (top hill with unbelievable view !!!!) at Sempiak Villas. It started with a super friendly welcome by Ibu Nono at the front desk, and this friendly, helpfull behavour was everywhere ; the staff in restaurant/bar/cafe Laut Biru, at the beach, security, taxidrivers .
