hotel is very outdated and needs renovation. As they say you can tell a lot about the hotel from the welcome drink, and it was something synthetic from under the table, not even bothered to give some fresh juice, that you get everywhere. Restaurants are overpriced and not suitable for vegetarians. We were also struggling with the breakfast as mostly all the food contains fish or meat. Vegetables and salads were not fresh. Beach is overcrowded with locals as it is located near the port and was full of local fishermen what makes it impossible to snorkel or swim. Besides this sales people are trying to sell something all the time.

Lovely hotel with amazing greenery. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable with outdoor shower, the service was on top and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The resort is popular with the locals having their birthday bash or family gatherings so from the rooms near the Italian restaurant, you can hear the loud music. This could be bothersome to those who sleep early. The solution is to ask for a room a little bit further away from the restaurant.

We booked the sea-view room and the room location was fantastic, facing the sunrise. It was also nice to hear the calming waves in the morning, from the room balcony. The Italian restaurant was also a perfect place to have dinner during sunset, so you get both sunrise and sunset at this resort. Staffs were very friendly and helpful and the whole area is tranquil and serene.

The hotel is a bit old. The air conditioner broke in my daughter’s room so we had to move. We were not allowed to use the pool in the villas.

The facilities were comfortable. The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable and the pool area was great.

The quality of the restaurant and the price of services such as laundry. Not much to fault though.

Our family of 4 (adults) very much enjoyed our 9 day stay, we would all like to go back in the future. The rooms aren’t the most new and luxurious, but still nice. Everything else was great. Lovely staff, amazing sea views and gardens and good buffet breakfast. It was a bonus to access some good snorkelling on the hotel doorstep (the southern side of the point), as well as a nice little surf break ideal for beginners.

Xmas Eve Pig on Spit with relatives and friends of staff invited to attend. Food, Bintang, fireworks decorations and wonderful staff all made for a very, very memorable evening. Our holiday was very special to me and I am so glad my daughter and grandsons were there to share it with my wife and I. Thanks to all for who made this possible.

The telephone cable did not work. We booked 6 rooms and only 4 rooms works. Mine didn't, please fix for future guest.

We love the resort environment with huge garden area. Breakfast was average, fruits does not look fresh cut. They have many varieties, but still they need to maintain the freshness and food qualities.

Cleanliness of our room was not up to standard. The electric jug cord was dirty and mouldy. Only one suitable electric power point. Bathroom outdated and nowhere to hang toiletry bags or clothes. The menus at the Italian restaurant were all torn and dirty which made you worry about the state of the kitchen where the food was being prepared .

Grounds of the hotel were beautiful . Every staff member was friendly and polite.

We expected the bungalow to be a bit closer to the beach as it's supposed to be a "beach view" bungalow. We couldn't really see the beach from the bungalow itself. It was a bit smaller than the pictures.

Our toilet was blocked (not from us). We lodged multiple complaints but it was never fixed, nor were we offered a different room. We used the nearby toilet at the restaurant area.

Definitely not up to the 5 stars standards in Europe in terms of tidiness for the little details. We realized the prices for services like tours or transportation proposed by the hotel were much higher than the ones we can find right in the corner. I am expecting my 5 stars hotel not to make me pay a service more expensive than it is but on the contrary have the best offers for me

Great location in Senggigi, nice spot for sunset. We loved the room and the attention from the staff. Swimming pool is great and walking through the hotels garden was so pleasent with a beautiful floral decoration that just adds up to the experience.

Considering the fact that non drinkable water in the tap, just one bottle per day pp is not enough, and it wasnt cheap in the resort itself, no option for refill The service at the beachfront was poor... deck chairs were dirty and not enough mattress...

Resort is nice and definetly a 5star one ( area and desgin) Room size was the smallest during the hole trip but relativley OK, can't say it was small. If seeking quiet and relax definetly a good choice Prices for food and drinks ok for 5*

Too much of mosquitos during night time. My toddler was bitten terribly by the mosquitos. Been told that there's a mosquito repellent machine but not sure how effective it is.

Wonderful scenery around the hotel. Everywhere was green and beautifully maintained. The rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast options were apt and overall enjoyed our stay.
