Cost of the spa was a bit on the higher side .. Also, the spa experience was not that good

The hotel needs renovations, as the walls are showing cracks. It's dusty here and there. The bathroom was alright, for a 2 night stay. The gym is not really a gym, because there were no weights. There was only bike and a treadmill. It seemed that the staff didn't really care about there clients.

It was okay for 2 night stay, just a quick stop until we went to our next stay. The bed was spacious!

If the staff could cross-check for my lost smart band

It was a good stay but I lost my huawei smart band there on the checkout day. It could be left there but the staff said that they couldn’t find it. It was in the room in the night and I don’t know how come it was lost.

It could get loud in the mornings about 4 am but I bought a fan and earplugs so wasn’t a problem. Party goers coming home, but I could have contacted reception and security would come and check the hall ways

Location was great - it was near my dentist so that was why I stayed here. Great cafe next door called Crypto Cafe and further down was a place called Ice Rainbow both really great food. Shop quite near for all the things you need. I stayed on my own and felt safe all the time. Great pool.

The room smelled a little damp, probably due to no windows. Also lacking in basic amenities like tea/coffee, kettle, iron, etc. We did get a cheap room, so maybe in more expensive rooms these are provided, but you’d expect basics like these to be provided in all rooms

Its said 4 stars hotel but all facilities just like normal guest house, the staff also need more 'hospitality' maybe should learn from others real 4 stars hotel In room they dont have coffee & tea maker, no hairdryer and for me thats very basic even for 3 star hotel but they declaire 4 star hotel

Shower head needed changing as it sprayed all over the place lol, amenities were somewhat clean, they didn't seem to like replacing the toilet paper. 2 out of 3 lifts not working. Working lift was super unreliable.

The service was amazing. Staff are always super helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Room not always cleaned by maids unless you specifically ask at front desk. Room smelled of smoke and cleaners and no soap dispenser at sink, had to reach into shower for that.

Just average room and cleanliness, but the breakfast was pretty good and good selection at restaurant for other meals at good price. Great value for cost of room and excellent location, walking distance to Starbucks Dewata and lots of restaurants.

The wooden floor around the pool was extremely unsafe. Mostly rotten, very slippy, lots of holes in it. With only 4 sunbeds there was no where to sit around the pool. The hotel is huge so I don’t under why there is only 4 beds out. Gym is three cardio machines, no weights, air con didn’t work.

Stayed here for the afternoon as a quick stop as we had a late night flight - easy to find the hotel and 20 min car ride away from main beaches in Seminyak. Good location if you want to be near to the airport.

I have booked the room with booking.com , up on arrival my parents have gone through so much of anxiety due front desk ask for money, I was surprised when I recive phone call from my parents WHY BOOKING.com did not deducted the money ? I have given my card detail at the time of booking. They needed physical card. Even though during booking I have said I am booking for my parents. Hotel should have contact me to deduct the payment up front. I am so concern about the future booking. I will not do any more booking Thanks Nirav
