A bit renovating and maintenance

It was set on beautiful place just on the sea shores with great sea views, the rooms were big and spacious but there is a big need for renovation and maintenance. It’s a bit quite far from city. Apart from that the were really amazing very hospitable very sweet staff of Seraya.

We stayed for 7 days and staff provided all the same breakfast every day. Some things are just broken there and needs renovation.

Sleeping with nothing but the sound of sea was something else.. Surroundings were beautiful. The house was comfortable with few minor issues. Also they helped us to get scooter when we needed it. Highly recommend this place if you want to visit Bali but do not want all the mass of tourists with beatuful view and comfy house.

The facilities such as the electricity switch are old and scary, got electricuted a few times and the food is below satisfactory, only recommend the fries. And careful to not stay on the 2nd floor of the sea breeze villa. Due to many dust drops from the roof leaflet.

The view, oh my god, the view is amazing, the feeling was real, highly recommended for all those overthinkers and hardworking people to just sit and breath in the ocean air. The mind will be at peace. And also very friendly and helpful staff genuinely care to satisfy the customer.

The hotel classifies itself as 4 stars. I can't even give him 3. The owner must make investments because the hotel looks like it did 20 years ago. The walls are cracked and the paint is decades old. The installations are old and dirty. Air conditioning is something... it cannot be called air conditioning. It also makes an incredible noise. The furniture is old, bloated. The doors don't close anymore. The mattresses and seat cushions are old, deformed and dirty. The mosquito nets are torn and covered with dust. The toilet is miserable. Everything old, no consumables. Just a container with a dubious solution and a small soap of very poor quality. They don't have slippers, a robe... I say they have 4 stars, right? The water in the pool is dirty, some tiles are broken and the sunbeds are broken. The garden is beautiful. The food is terrible.

The place needs some major updates and upkeep and cleanliness needs some improvements.

The staff was absolutely fantastic especially Wayan! Wayan’s hospitality and customer service was beyond impeccable. He drove us all over, he knew the perfect spots to take us even when we wanted to buy Balinese coffee for home, he took us to an actual coffee plantation! One day, I mentioned that my mother need some candy due to her diabetes, he took it upon himself to get my mom some hard candy. Now if that’s not customer service, I don’t know what is. Wayan’s hospitality made us feel welcome and for that we made a wonderful memory here in Bali.

had to share the pool with others and I had thought we rented the whole villa privately as it said on booking come to find out we had people upstairs in our villa and the pictures we saw weren’t our room it was an upstairs room they use for pics. the room was dirty curtains had mold and ants everywhere fridge had extreme rust all over food was good but keep an eye on your ticket before checkout we got charged double for a breakfast and when they clean the room they only make the bed they don’t change the sheets or anything shower also was only cold

But I think the hotel should think about cosmetic repairs, because the plaster is falling off in our room, and it looks sad, and also change the textiles on the outdoor furniture and smooth the curtains. It's not too expensive, but it will help your hotel get better! This hotel serves a European breakfast and it's delicious, but we found a lot of small insects in the sugar and it's not very nice! If you add a little care and comfort to this hotel, it will be a great place!

It was good! This hotel is located in a good location, close to the ocean. He has a nice territory and cozy bungalows! It is very pleasant to sleep under the sound of the ocean.

Bathroom was dirty, and so was the room. Although the staff came to clean it every day, the floor was always full of sand and dust and overall the room didn't feel clean at all. The whole resort needs to be renovated. It's a shame, because there's so much potential there, but for some reason it almost fees abandoned.

The staff was very nice and helping. Breakfast was good. Outdoor bathroom was nice, especially the shower! Bed was comfortable.

This place needs a renovation. There were a lot of dead bugs above our bed and in general the place just doesn't feel that good. I think it's a good choice if most of the time you want to be outside because the garden and the view is really amazing, but the rooms are a bit old.

The place in general is really nice, amazing garden, it is quiet and the only noise you will hear are the waves of the sea. The breakfast was nice and the staff is also very kind. There is drinking water in the room as well.

Don't be fooled by the pretty pictures on the website. We stayed in the Seabreeze Villa. We expected the property to be quite old, but we did not anticipate it being so dirty. FILTH, DIRT, DUST, and COBWEBS - there are no words to describe it. It looks like the staff hasn't cleaned the place for at least a year. The bed materials were stained, and there was an unknown black powder on them. We observed that this powder was falling from the straw roof onto the room. It's a disgusting feeling when you're lying down or sleeping and black dust is falling on you. It was simply everywhere. Inside the drawers, there was dust and cobwebs—clearly, no one had cleaned them. Additionally, there were many cobwebs and dust on the ledges, curtains, and around the bed area. There are also gaps between the doors and windows, allowing mosquitoes to enter freely. The internet was not working during our stay. Despite having WiFi with a good signal, we couldn't connect. After contacting the staff, they asked us to connect to a different TP-link network, but unfortunately, there was no signal in the room, so I had to go outside to use the WiFi. Opening or closing the bathroom door requires a lot of strength. As a man, I struggled with it. The bathroom is semi-open, which has its charm, but it was also very neglected. A dirty, moldy mat (foot towel), streaks in the sink, bathtub, and on the mirror made it unpleasant to stay there. I just wanted to have a shower quickly and leave the resort for the entire day. The pool is also past its prime, but I didn't have high expectations other than a clean mattress for the sun loungers. Unfortunately, there were no mattresses for us, so I asked the staff for some. He brought us mattresses, but they were dirty, and when we pointed this out, he ignored us and put them on the loungers. This was the worst facility in 10 years of using booking.com. I don't know how there can be so many positive reviews, suspicious.

There is a nice place nearby—Warung Chic restaurant, which was a relief for us, and we spent most of our time there. Good food, a relaxation area with loungers by the pool by the ocean, and a clean bathroom. I never thought I would look for a bathroom outside my hotel.
