This place was amazing, breakfast was delicious and cooked fro us in the villa each morning, the turn down service in the evening was great and ensured mozzies were kept at bay and our rooms were cooled by the air conditioning when we returned from dinner. Room serviced daily and despite being very central was nice and quiet. The staff were first class and so friendly - big shout out to Suria who was our butler for the 10 nights. Great size pool and yard and the outdoor dining area was ideal. Plenty of space so you didn't feel you're on top of each other, outdoor showers were also amazing and good water pressure. Massive bottle of filtered water supplied and replenished serving cold and hot water, full kitchen facilities on the ready in case you needed/ wanted to cook for yourself, massive fridge to keep all your drinks cold. We arranged a driver for the day through Serene Villas as to the airport transfers, very reasonable prices and they have there own vans which are new and comfortable. Well done to the team, highly recommended and would definitely return.

The rooms could have been better lit - became pretty dark at night - had to wait for day time to pack (had to throw the curtains open for it ) and the AC could work more efficiently during the day (though sleeping at night was never an issue)

Great staff - flexible, non-intrusive, helpful - could not ask for more. Quiet as can be - no horns, no traffic no human noise , whilst being a 5-7 minute walk from the busiest parts of Seminyak Large spacious villa (3 bedroom) with big bedrooms and a well sized pool - comfortable common areas and a homely breakfast every morning

This was our first family trip to Bali so I was definitely not sure what to expect but everyone was so kind and welcoming. Our flight arrived at 12:30 am and didn’t arrive at Serene Villa until 2:30am and the lovely staff were there to greet us. Would definitely love to stay there again one day, just beautiful.

The lovely staff ensured we were looked after so well. I’ve stayed in 4 different accomodations so far in Bali, this one tops the list. the staff are genuinely kind hearted and make sure you are enjoying your stay. they go above and beyond, the facilities are also gorgeous. The only remark would be to seal windows and doors to prevent lizards (Giko) from entering. It's normal in Bali but some people like my wife is scared of them.

We enjoyed our honeymoon at their one bedroom villa with private pool. The staff and the manager Mr. Putu were so kind and helpful. We extended our stay because of their outstanding service. The breakfast was great and the location was perfectly close to shops, spas, restaurants and not far walking from the beach. I recommend Sereene Villas and it's great value for the money.

The staff at Serene Villas were absolutely amazing. They looked after us so well!! We were travelling for our honeymoon and they made sure we had the most special stay. The villa was perfect and the location was ideal - a short walk to the beach one way, and a short walk to countless restaurants/bars the other. I would highly recommend Serene Villas - it was an amazing place to stay with the most beautiful staff! They also gave great advice about day trips out/places to see.

The villa has been well kept and maintained but it's starting to show its age. With a few simple cosmetic upgrades, they would look good as new and be even more comfortable, but we understand that times have been hard for Bali the last couple of years and that might not be possible right now.

Incredible 5 star service, we really felt like home here. Our beautiful butler Mini was so helpful and intuitive with everything we needed. All of the other staff were also just as helpful, and when our son became unwell, they went out of their way to help us contact the hospital and make us feel as safe and comfortable as possible. The breakfast cooked in our villa every morning was lovely and so convenient. The in-villa spa service was was incredible, we didn't have to worry about a thing while we were here. Our driver Agus was wonderful when recommending the best places to go on excursions and on time taking us to and from the airport. Also can't fault the location, walkable to all the great restaurants and shops yet tucked away so you can't hear the loud bars and clubs at night. Worth remembering Bali is in Asia and having travelled all around, you expect to have bugs and mosquitos around - but these guys are the best at managing it. The rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels, they then come back around 4-6pm to spray the rooms and put mosquito repellent out, plus regular smoking in the grounds. The mosquito nets over the beds also helped. The garden and surrounding grounds were so well maintained, sweeping leaves and watering the plants daily, as well as pool cleaning. We stayed in the Hibiscus Villa and bedrooms and bathrooms were huge plus very large garden for our son to run around. Loved it and could not be more grateful! We will be back.

Nothing to fault!

Everything! Couldn’t find a fault! Our lovely driver Agus collected us from the airport for a small fee and took us directly to our villa, we did the check in process at the villa! The property is beautiful, and so well equipped for all your needs. The house and grounds are perfectly maintained by many staff, and our wonderful Mrs Ayu made us a lovely dinner with a big smile every morning. We had a truly wonderful time here and highly recommend! We hope to come back one day

Overall the entire stay was such a pleasure. The villa is well maintained, well located and nice and spacious. Very hard to fault anything. Our butler (Made) was a super star.
