Best place to stay in Malang. Our double room was spacious and cool enough even without aircon. Plenty of bathrooms that were cleaned several times a day. We were able to leave our luggage in the common area and spent some time there after checkout waiting for our transport. Good selection for breakfast and free water refill.

The rooms had no airconditioning and it was very hot. I was sweating the entire night and did not get a good night’s rest because of that.

The rooms were nice and the bathrooms as well. The food was also very nice and the staff were very helpful.

Probably the best hostel I’ve stayed in! I’ve felt at home and didn’t want to leave :) They are so nice and so helpful, the beds are big and very comfy, the food is AMAZING (breakfast included and many good options). Highly recommend

I liked everything. Good rooms, good beds, everything extremely clean! Great friendly staff. Excellent breakfast, also they have lunch and dinner we loved it! Excelent place to stay with many details. We could do late check in at 3.30am after arriving by train. We really had a wonderful time here!! 100% recommend it!

A bit of miscommunication you are entitled to breakfast even if you take tour, you can have it when you come back.i noticed the last day when they offer to others but not to me 🥲 Tours downstairs are slightly more expensive than others and they don't help to find share transport to airport .

Very comfortable bed, lots of storage space, a curtain for privacy and a really good breakfast! What's more, it's very easy to book excursions (Bromo). Lunch and dinner are also available.

The beds were comfortable with privacy curtains. The Hostel was close to the train station and things to do in the city. My bus arrived in Malang and 4 am and they allowed me to wait in the cafe area until checkin.

No aircon in the room, only a fan so got hot quickly. Travel agency downstairs was poor with communication & not helpful.

Chickpea curry is exceptional & the chia pudding for breakfast is a must! Clean, friendly staff & close to the train station

I was allowed to check in late at 4.00 am due to my night bus, which was great! For breakfast you can choose between several options and the banana pancake was amazing. Also possible to leave my backpack in the lounge area as I arrived after the bromo tour after checkout time. Staff was very sweet!

Facilities, although solid and decent, could use a little makeover. Adding a 2.5% charge for the card payment, although widespread practice in Indonesia, is not appreciated. Extra charge (ridiculously small, to make things even harder to understand) for the towell.

The boxes are almost the private rooms and the matrass was really huge and comfy. Facilities are very convenient. Breakfast is very good, as well as the selection of food for dinner. Location, at mere 10 mins easy walk from the train station and in the vicinity of many dining options, very good. Staff very helpful and smiley. Organization of the typical day trips in the region easy and straightforward. They are working together with local laundry and your clean laundry is delivered to the hostel.

I can't think of anything that disappointed me.

The location, 8 minutes walk from the train station. The well set up bunk with light, socket, curtain, locker and very comfortable mattress. The breakfast, good though not filling. The forceful hot water shower. The pleasant and helpful staff. The cool nights made a ceiling fan sufficient, no a/c needed.

tours are really overpriced there, they charged me for 750k for bromo tour, while another people in the same jeep were charged for 550/650k

Nice atmosphere, nice decoration, English speaking helpful stuff, spacious bed size, lockers and lamp by each bed. They prepared delicious chia pudding for us when we had an early excursion. There is a travel agency downstairs to help organise excursions.
