Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndonesiaThe design for the swimming pool and the seating area could be better. That's the only thing that was a bit dissapointing. But there's nothing they can do about it, I guess.
The breakfast was great. It has lots of choices, and all of them were good. I especially like the location in which the hotel is so close to the mall. It adds to the overall experience. It is very convenience.

The staffs in the hotel remember the guests by name that is hardly practised nowadays. The concierge Mr Reidi went the extra mile and he took the initiative to direct the Grab driver to the hotel lobby who initially having issue to find the lobby.

The staff are friendly, polite, and helpful, all administration processes are fast, room and its facilities are clean, access to mall is quite convenient, the building materials make it looks exclusive and luxurious.

NetherlandsEven though it's a Sheraton and it's 5stars, still thought it was a bit expensive. Also, there's a bathtub in the room but no bath salt or showergel (attached to the wall in the shower) or anything to put in the bath. Luckily I brought my own. But that would be nice, especially for a 5 stars (or a card that says you can call if you want any). The switch for master lights were only on one side of the bed. Nothing that would keep me from going again.
Connected to a huge mall (food, shops, salons, movie theater). Great for a night before going home. Super friendly staff. Beds are SUPERB, so comfortable!! And I could watch tv from the tub! Pool looked nice but I was there on a weekendday and so there were a lot of kids.

VietnamI became ill with a cold/flu during my business trip. The housekeeping team noticed there were vitamins and various supplements I was taking when they cleaned my room. They made the extra effort to give me more daily water bottles to increase my water intake to help me get better. I appreciated the level of caring and service so much I shared what the Sheraton staff did with my own staff who also work in the service industry.

PortugalThere seems to be nothing special near the hotel. Jakarta's traffic is chaotic and you end up needing to take a taxi for most places. The breakfast has a great variety, suitable for all tastes. All food is buffet, except the coffee, which is ordered to the staff. Ufortunately, the coffee took quite a good time to arrive at our table (sometimes it never arrived).

Singapore1. Sometimes the cleaners forgot to replace items used, e.g. to replace shower caps which they removed, but then made an excellent recovery after I provided some feedback. 2. I believe that the telephone cable was loose whereby it disrupted voice communication (altho I did not make a complaint as I did not use the room phone much). 3. There was also something wrong with the sound system of the TV; no sound on 1 of the movie channels, on another channel had to increase sound level to quite high (perhaps it needs an external sound bar),
Breakfast - the variety of food at the Anigre restaurant was excellent! The service staff were all so friendly & courteous, especially the manager Pak Indra, and one of the hostesses Sarah, who went out of their way to ask for feedback and listened attentively. Chef Syarhul Ramadhan appreciated my feedback so much that he even prepared a special breakfast for me on my last morning at the hotel. Room service was also excellent and my request for really hot soup was certainly catered to. Daily cleaning service was also very good.
